Food is dry, my chicken wings are the size of my pinky with the little meat it has on it is so dry. My rice has all these veggies with shrimp but no taste.

ordered my food online, I got shrimp fried rice with no veggies, wings and fries for my daughter. when she got home with the food, my order was wrong. had veggies. so i called told them what happened and asked for it to be remade, they were rude but agreed. she went back up there for the remake I TOLD THEM TWICE ON THE PHONE SHRIMP WAS IN THE RICE. when my daughter brings my food back, no veggies, but no shrimp either. just plain rice. how hard is it to get an order correct?? at leastly my child got to eat hot food.

On 11/13/24 I ordered three Philly cheesesteaks and three drinks through DoorDash. The food was delivered without the drinks. I called the store to get refund and the guy tells me I couldnāt get refund. He then tells me heāll have the drinks delivered. Hours later and no drink. Needless to say, I wonāt be ordering from here again and will be pursuing my refund because they accepted an order, received money and didnāt deliver. This is illegal.

First time visiting. Food was excellent. Fries were fresh, wings were cooked great, tzatziki sauce was DELICIOUS. Tables were clean and the store didnāt look cluttered or dirty. Staff was very friendly. American deli will now be on our out to eat option list
