On 11/13/24 I ordered three Philly cheesesteaks and three drinks through DoorDash. The food was delivered without the drinks. I called the store to get refund and the guy tells me I couldn’t get refund. He then tells me he’ll have the drinks delivered. Hours later and no drink. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again and will be pursuing my refund because they accepted an order, received money and didn’t deliver. This is illegal.

First time visiting. Food was excellent. Fries were fresh, wings were cooked great, tzatziki sauce was DELICIOUS. Tables were clean and the store didn’t look cluttered or dirty. Staff was very friendly. American deli will now be on our out to eat option list

Wish I could give zero Starz for the constant disrespect shown at this place. The customer service is pathetic. The food is a hit or a miss but mostly a miss. They are rude and act like people don’t know that gold Honda that’s always parked outside belongs to them. Please watch who y’all speak to disrespectful and watch how y’all treat paying customers. I wouldn’t recommend much from this place just maybe the wings but then again that’s a hit or a miss.
Fast food spot. I asked for eggs on my salad, and the young man taking my order said they could add eggs. I got my salad without egg, and when I asked where the egg was, he said they didn't have eggs.I asked whhe wouldhe tell me they could add egg and explained that he should not lie to customers?! He just smiled. There was another lady who had asked for cheese fries picking up, and the cheese was left off, but he said they could add cheese. There was no cheese on her fries, and when she complained, the cold added shredded cheese and she was upset that it was not melted. They don't make cheese fries, and they can avoid complaints if they have someone who is honest and is fluent in English.
