Fast food spot. I asked for eggs on my salad, and the young man taking my order said they could add eggs. I got my salad without egg, and when I asked where the egg was, he said they didn't have eggs.I asked whhe wouldhe tell me they could add egg and explained that he should not lie to customers?! He just smiled. There was another lady who had asked for cheese fries picking up, and the cheese was left off, but he said they could add cheese. There was no cheese on her fries, and when she complained, the cold added shredded cheese and she was upset that it was not melted. They don't make cheese fries, and they can avoid complaints if they have someone who is honest and is fluent in English.

I get a tilapia combo EVERYtime I order from here which usually comes with fries and 5 wings I wanted extra fries these guys charged me 1.50 for the fries BUT the serving was that of the regular fries that come with it THEN the guy proceeds to tell me the tilapia combo doesn't come me with fries....HOW??? I've been ordering the same thing for idk how long now all the sudden the combo doesn't come with fries and the 1.50 was a charge for a small frie added ?? yes sounds like they making up things as the go to me. But I'll try another American deli from here on out.....watch your charges when you order from this particular location, clearly they be making up their own stuff

Love their food when it’s made correctly but what I do not like is the mute employees they barely say anything and they don’t listen ! Act as if they can’t speak English so it’s hard talking to them but they can speak English ! No greeting when you come in the restaurant nothing ! And if seems as if most American delis only have foreign employees no customer service at all . Ordered a 10 piece and only got 2 flats was tryna explain that to him and all he had to say was “ it’s flats in there “ and he proceeded to show a different customer that his food was ready right infront of me ( the customer was sitting down ) . Will not be returning it’s always something !
I ordered a turkey/ham sandwich with fries. Fries were good. Sandwich was missing the turkey...staff was too busy chatting with each other to get their attention. Ate half of the sandwich and threw it in the trash. Went to wash my hands and saw roaches running everywhere. After releasing my food from my stomach, I went to report it. They were still chatting. Seems that most patrons were using door dash for their orders. One door dash person used the persins cup for a lemonade, drank it, then filled the cup for the person they were delivering to.

I'm new to the area so I'm always looking for some food to remind me of back home so I tasted some of my son's food yesterday and I loved it, but tonight I placed an order that was over 30 dollars to get home started eating and discover it was all wrong. I asked for lemon pepper mixed with mild Buffalo sauce and another order with just garlic parm my rating could have been much higher but I consider that as a expensive mistake that I can't get my money back from or replacement food for.

This was my first time. No greeting when I entered. The guy at the register was on his phone the entire time. I ordered chicken fried rice combo and shrimp fried rice combo. The rice was too earthy tasting not sure what I expected. The wings were good and fresh. But that peach drink was the star of the show. For $30.00, I just can’t come back. I tried to eat it but I had to trash the rice. My hubby said it was ok but he did not have to have it again.

I am blown away at the service here. I called in a order and waited over 40 minutes to see people that called in after me and orders four behind myself getting their food. When I asked for a refund the cashier didn't bat an eye and quickly returned my money. Never will I go back to a place that treats customers so poorly.
