I’ve chosen this American deli over any other restaurants in it cost me $75 dollars worth of food that end up being a waste of money. Food is dry. Wings are double dipped in the people there to answer. The phone are very disrespectful impatient and I don’t consider them loving their job. I will never eat here at my lowest McDonald’s better than this if you ask me

I was their only customer at the time. Store wasn't clean and their pre-cook wings sitting above the grease. The food ended up being Nasty. The fries were reheat and nasty dried and hard. There were cup holder for customers use on top of the trash can.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I order 15 wings and fries. The wings wasn’t fresh they were old and refried. I have never eaten wings so hard and burnt in my life. I called the store to do a simple do over, she said I had to bring the food back. Lady I stay 15 miles away. I asked if we can to it the next day. She said she still needed the food brought back “Really” Never eating there again.

Not a fan of this place. Was looking for something close by to eat for lunch so thought we would give it a try. The fried rice didn't have much flavor and most of the drinks were out of syrup. Daughter said her tea was gross and fries were cold with no salt.

The food during the day and the food during the evenings/night are not made the same way and does not taste the same. I recommend going in the evenings/at night.

Placed a DoorDash order and found hair in my food along with my food being burnt. The lady at the front had a terrible attitude and told me nothing could be done. Do not recommend at all.
Noticed this place a few times but was skeptical. After awhile I finally went and tried it I ordered a Philly cheese with fries. Food came out at a reasonable time but half way through my sandwich some type or hard plastic cube shaped object was cooked into the food. I just threw the food away and left. 13.00 I won't get back or care to at this point. Don't recommend coming here again

I’m coming into town from Philadelphia. I decided to try the, “Philly Cheesesteak” from here. The steak was surprisingly authentic in taste and style. I give the steak 5 stars. Everything on the menu, that I’ve purchased, was tasty as well. The customer service here was a friendly experience. I’m certain that I’ll return to this restaurant when I visit Rock Hill again. Kudos to this place. I love it.
Good food but when I try to order chicken tender meal online it doesn't show up as an option. You have to call in to order them.
