I ordered some food and while it was cooking, I asked to use the restroom and the Lady behind the counter told me that they didn’t have a public restroom. I thought restaurants were supposed to have a restroom for the customers. The fish I had was good, but I think it’s wrong not to let paying customers to use the facilities. For this reason I will not be going back

I will not be back I go here all the time and I asked for this a small salad with nothing but lettuce and crumbs of chicken the lil girl at counter was rude I asked for Ketchup clearly because it was none in container she so busy on her phone she brushes me off and say it's over there!! If it was I wouldn't be asking!!! I'm done!! This is what my food look like!! All this lettuce and NOOOOOO MEAT I will say thank you to the older lady for trying to be nice

Service is awful!!!! The older lady in there have a very nasty attitude every time you come in there and order. She don't need to be working the front taken orders or money with that type of attitude y'all need to terminate her be for y'all won't have no customers.

I absolutely ? ♥️ love American Deli on Heckel Blvd, this place is sooooo good! American Deli is definitely my guilty pleasure. I suggest EVERYTHING on the menu, you will not be disappointed. The service is fast but good ? the staff is warm and friendly especially my favorite lady behind the counter taking orders, her smile is everything ? ?
