Applebee's Grill + Bar

Started off poor and just kind of went down hill from there. We started with 2 mtn dews and a pina colada smoothie, we recieved a lemon water, mtn dew in togo cup, and a dr pepper.
Next came time to order, how you could be out of everything is beyond me. So much for any deals when your out of half the food.
Needless to say $55.00 dollars later, with kids still hungry I was not happy.
We have never been to Applebee's and I dont believe we will ever return.

We have tried to eat at Applebees a few times. Every time we have been there we were informed of a long wait time. The restaurant was practically empty. We tried again tonight and were informed the wait time was 45 minutes. 80% of the restaurant was empty. The hostess didn’t inform us or even acknowledge us for 10 minutes even though she looked at us standing there waiting. We left and went somewhere else.

I have tried to stop in to the Applebee's on Dave Lyle blvd 4 times in the last few .months and each time the restaurant is only about a third full and im told the wait is atleast 45 minutes. Sometimes I wait like tonight and the service when I get it appears like they are doing me a favor but other times it's not worth it and I ask myself why I e en bought these gift. Cards to have to waste my time just because they can't get workers willing to work. What a management failure to run a restaurant

All Applebees service sucks. Wait at the front door to be seated when there is only a few people in the restaurant eating. We wait at the door forever. Most of the times we just simply walk out and go somewhere else

Our waitress Hannah was great! She was very attentive and made sure we were doing well every few minutes. The food was just ok. When it came out, it looked like it had been sitting on the plate for about an hour, however it was still hot. The 6 oz sirloin was overcook but still tasted decent. The combo appetizer platter looked like a mixture of Walmart freezer section items that had been heated up a while ago. It was warm, but still tasted like cheap walmart freezer snacks. The chips were very good, the best part of the appetizer. Overall just an ok visit.

I ordered online by the time I got there my food was ready and it was fresh. The hostest went above and beyond. I will go back

Granted it is an Applebee's, but they have the potential to be better if the staff actually put some more effort into their jobs. Every time I've eaten here the food has been good but it's missing that soul that makes it the Applebee's that I love. If they put in some more effort they could actually make and present food at a much higher caliber than they may think they can.

I haven’t been here in a while and now I see why. Every so often (maybe once or twice a year)I try to give this place a chance but they let me down. My steak was burnt and the potatoes had no flavor. Our server was nice but he said the manager would stop by and check on us and she didn’t. I was disappointed in the food. I should have known when the parking lot was somewhat empty on a Thursday night compared to other places in the area. It will be a while before I come back.

Disgusting. Burger was cold. Over 30 minutes for our drinks and and closer to 2 hours for our food. Horrible service all around especially from the male bartender and saw the cook leave the bathroom without washing his hands!!!!!!!!! Brought this to the attention of the manager on
she couldn't care less and said there was nothing she could do and was down right rude. Im not sure what has happened in the past couple years but I'd imagine it was a new manager bringing their friends in. Absolutely the worst place in Rock hill.

It’s Applebee’s—nothing fancy, but it does the job. The drinks are the highlight, definitely worth stopping in for those. Food is average, about what you’d expect. Service was decent, no complaints there. If you’re in the mood for a laid-back chain spot with solid drink options, this one fits the bill.

Food is about 3-3&1/2. I mean it's Applebee's so if you been there you know. Our waitress was outta this world amazing. I think she went by Q. Atmosphere is always cool so rated 4 stars. Gotta gripe about the bartender though. Ordered a double Jack straight up. Was served about 2 caps full and charged what seemed like the entire bottle. Like I've been to Polynesian place that knows how to pour a bottle for 1/3 of the price. Disappointed. Serious question, this really coming outta her paycheck to serve a real drink?
