The grilled cheese cheeseburger was a hit. I loved it!

Food and service were excellent. Restaurants bathrooms need some attention as one urinal was coming g off the wall, but was clean. The service area leading to bathrooms was dirty. Otherwise we will definitely be back.

This place was terrible. Our server was not friendly at all and just ignored us.

Hubby and I stopped in for lunch after Christmas shopping. We live in NC so this was our 1st time eating here. We sat at the bar and were served by the bartender herself. Great personality, professional but also funny and very pretty! I wasn't feeling well so we ended up boxing our food up to-go almost immediately after it was placed on the table. She could tell I was not doing well so she did everything she could to help me and help my husband get everything together and bagged up. Very nice of her.

Food was what I would expect from Applebees, not amazing but not horrible. Waitress was very polite and attentive and manager was doing a good job as well. That’s about where the good ends.

This please is desperately in need of Jon Taffer although I think he might have a heart attack stepping into this place. The entry way has no working lights almost as if they don’t want you to enter. The entry way smells like a dirty bar that hasn’t been cleaned in 20 years. The men’s bathroom reeked of urine worse then what I have smelled in the subways in Chicago and New York and the floor was so sticky which I’m sure is from all un mopped urine which is causing the smell. Half the lights in the section against the back wall were not working. It’s like the owner has completely given up on this place which is a shame because a couple of hard weekends of deep cleaning and replacing some light bulbs could help turn this place around and give it that “family friendly” vibe vs the feeling like your entering a run down restaurant in some abandoned town (which rock hill is not..)

Front lobby is very dark… floors are sticky and there is a stale odor. Ordered oriental chicken salad but it was “sold out” (6pm) I got a southwest chicken bowl with no rice . Tortillas were very stale, guacamole was a disgusting brownish color and tomato’s were funky.. I only ate the chicken. Very disappointed

Service was very slow got no refills waited a long time for our food there was only 2 of us and we were there over 2 hours . Had to ask another waitress to tell our waitress we need our check. Then my friend placed a to go order and they got the order wrong . Management really needs to talk to employees. Service and food got to get better.

I wanted Cole slaw but he forgot and never came back

Do not go here at dinner time... drinks tucked, service sucked, and I didn't even get the honey on the chicken pasta meal and waited 15 minutes to get the sauce to finally eat... lets just say we understand why customers won't go here after 1 visit

Food was not so good nor desserts! Fortunately it was half price since it was a first and last trip. Started to go to Texas which is busy but never disappointing!

I should have taken a hint from the parking lot that this location was going to be trash. It was empty on a Friday night. Walked in and there was no hostess. Waited over 10 minutes and not one person greeted us, told us they would be there shortly, nothing. Multiple employees saw us and did not acknowledge our presence. We walked out and will never return.

Thomas the bartender was wonderful! He truly took good care of these two weary travelers from WV. Highly recommend sitting at the bar here and having a relaxing time with great service from Thomas

I placed a order online, 10 minutes from my order being done they call me and tell me they dont have any ribs, so I said I'll take a ribeye, they finally bring the food out 25 minutes later the manager was nice about it all and apologized for the inconvenience, so when I get home with the steak I cut into it and it is raw, I asked for it to be cooked medium well. Thise place really needs to get it together or shutdown

My appetizer came with wilted brown and dirty celery. I asked for actual crisp fresh ones. They barely got that right. Brought me back dirty celery and incorrectly prepped. I also ordered A medium rare steak. Previously, I politely asked to make sure my steak was at least a little pink. They failed!! i got reply to respond to applebeas but the message disappeared
