Was clearly an all new staff, our server was AMAZING would definitely do back of we get her again!!!

The gentleman helping run food who we believe was the manager kept bringing food to the wrong tables and even gave our appetizers to another table and kept trying to give table's who hadn't ordered yet food.

Before leaving I had ran to the bathroom and actually caught one if the gals who was running the host stand and helping run food walk in go into a stall then leave without washing her hands, I really hope she had gone to the kitchen to wash her hands before running food to table's

I’m trying to figure out how this place is running.all employees are standing around/sitting down counting there tips and complaining about they only made $20.how about you actually work and give great service and you get better results..

I had asked if they had gluten-free stuff and was told no by a staff member then a staff member came running out to the parking lot to tell me what was gluten-free. FYI everything that has a GS beside it on the menu. I thought that was very nice of the co-worker. The manager at the time was young and couldn't understand what to do to correct my order and we had to repeat it 6 times maybe more. It became very stressful. He also wasn't taking his stressful day very professional. Other than this the food was good a little brunt.

I ordered my food to be delivered. I did not receive the drink. The chicken tender plate was not at all satisfying considering the small and skinny chicken with only a handful of fries. The portioning was off and I called the night manager to figure out where everything went wrong and the night manager refused to listen to me and didn’t care to understand what had happened to our order. He also hung up the phone on me when I was trying to explain and I was asking him to listen when he did nothing but interrupt me. I will not be returning.

So car side to go is terrible. I guess I'm the last to know that you have to go in and get your food because they won't bring it out until you keep calling them asking wheres the food. I've used car side before and they would bring my food out in a matter of minutes but these past years. Specifically the Rock Hill Dave Lyle location. Past few times I've visited here, which is basically every 4-6 months the same thing happens. I place an order online and when I go to pick it up I always go 20 minutes after the estimate pick up time because I know sometimes they can be busy and I don't like waiting. I get there, I'll call the number which the car side sign and number in email gives. It's funny because that number Is disconnected. I call the main line and let them know I'm here for my car side order. They tell me ok, I'll bring it out in a few. I wait, I wait.....I'm a patient person so I usually talk with my kid to catch up on things that's been happening. Time flies by and 30 mins pass. I call back and ask if my food is ready again. They say just a few more minutes. Another 15-20 mins pass and finally get it. Just to find out that the order isn't right. Items are missing. Ultimately spending over an hour to get a meal and driving 8mins back home to eat cold to lukewarm food. I am done with ordering online at this location. The manager never corrects the issue because like I said before I'll visit every 4-6 months and same thing happens....I'm so done with this location. My complaints fall on deaf ears. Their portion sizes are terrible on to go orders and the prices keep going up. The food isn't worth it anymore. The only reason I choose this place is because my wife likes the broccoli and chicken pasta with the two for 25$ meal and me thinking this place probably just had an off day the past three times. Let me give them another chance. I keep finding the same things happening so I am finally just giving up on them. I know this is a long rant but if you want good customer service, quality food with good portion size to money ratio. Go elsewhere!

My Birthday was this weekend so my companion took me to this applees bees and the service was bad and the riblets n Fries were good and the plate look like it was for a child we were very disappointed in the overall

Love the place. Grey has been a great guy always makes us feel great, Abbie the bar tender know us when we walking she very welcoming Tom is excellent. But new manager told us to not come in the handy cap door. And go wait to be seated at other door. We have never been treaded like dog s before. My husband is L. Blind and I have a hip that makes me walk off balance. They all took care of us. But now this new young man. Hurt us and talked to us disrespectful

Would give it 0 stars overall! It is February and air condition was blasting on us! I asked several servers to turn it off and it went ignored. Our server said there were only 2 people working earlier and they turned it on so they were comfortable! I was huddled in my jacket freezing. Finally turned it off abt 15 min before we left our waitress forgot everything steak sauce drinks fries. I had to keep reminding her. Went to the bar 4 times to ask for my drink( we were right by the bar)! and was told ask the server while everyone stood around. 5 other people got drinks made. I complained about how the overcooked my husbands steak and the server didn't care. It was a late valentines dinner for him and am in tears over the horrible experience. Gave them a chance after a bad experiece last time! Never again!!

I will NOT be giving this AppleBee’s my service anymore. I called to add ranch to my order since there was not an option to add it online. Hassan answered and immediately was very rude and said no I could not add ranch to my already submitted order. AppleBee’s must be hurting for every dollar if they can’t give away the smallest drop of ranch. Additionally, I referred to the “lady” who was picking up my order and he rudely interrupted me and yelled at me to “correct me that the dasher was a man.” As if it mattered? My delivery driver was a man, but his account was named under his wife. Anyways, unless you like your food without ranch and bad service I would not recommend eating here

They were out of fries and suggested waffle fries instead and then upcharged me for them without saying they would. The bacon burger came out. Cold fries were hot but the beef and bacon were cold there was some nauseous movie playing on all the TVs with lots of prolonged kissing scenes that I do not want to see while I'm eating. Just a typical horrible Applebee's experience

We've eaten here before so we returned. Were here a couple of times a year. Chains like this are supposed to be all the same, just like their menus. I requested the blackened salmon because I've had it in other Applebee's, like it, and looked forward to it. NOT this one. The mashed potatoes are supposed to be loaded (look at the menu photo), and mine were not. The salmon is supposed to be blackened ON BOTH SIDES, and mine was not. Who seasons only one side of a portion? And let's not even discuss the salmon portion size. Anyway, our waiter, Justin, was great. This has no reflection on him or his service. I did not complain and did not send it back because I don't normally do that. I know what happens when you send food back.

Had their new dish hot honey grilled chicken skillet. The dish sounded tasty, so gave it a shot. Not my favorite meal. Could be the red hot iron skillet overlooks the meal before it gets to your table. Maybe if they served it on a warm plate, the taste would be better.I prefer their steak, or pasta dishes. The Salmon is also tasty, a good Friday dish. 😆

Terrible experience, service is terrible and slow, especially for there not being many customers in the restaurant at all. I do not recommend wasting your time and money here, there are so many other good places to go out to eat in the area.

Came over to applebees after work with my bestfriend, we were looking forward to it all night..
Walked in around 9:40pm left at 10:02pm.
They sat us down, we looked at the menu and decided on what we wanted..waited..nobody ever came or acknowledged us. Didnt offer us any water, didnt tell us "hey its gonna be a minute"..nothing.
THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY BUSY. IT WAS SO EMPTY YOU COULD HEAR A PEN DROP. There were also 3 waitresses, a manager and only 3 other tables with people at them.
We were both very hungry and waited a few mins longer than we agreed on to see if anybody would come..nothing. So we left. We weren't even in a rush to go anywhere, just treating ourselves before going to wrap gifts.
I've never had an experience like that before and I hope they can get it together in the future.
