This Arby’s is so hit or miss. Today was a gross miss. The roast beef looks like it’s been overcooked and reheated. Fries were also cold. This will be our last visit to this Arby’s.

Stood in the dining room from 11:10 to 11:15 never saw an employee although I can hear them in the back horse playing.

I was craving a Ham and Swiss from Arby's so I stop by the one on Cranium Drive. I was the third car in line at the drive-thru (we all pulled in at the sane time). When I got to the speaker, I was asked to hold for a moment. After a few minutes, I got my order in and there was an apology for the wait (it didn't bother me that I had to wait). It seemed they were short handed but I will tell you Dylan's customer service was excellent and the food was great!

I love going to the location on Heckle store 07710 in Rock Hill SC everytime I go there customer service is great everytime I go there is something needs to try. I just left the store my macaroni steak bowl was rushed some reason steak and macaroni are dead cold employee Dylan was only wanting to offer to reward the bowl instead of making it fresh which I didn't have time because I'm working . Also he kinda rushed me off the phone in my experience this wasn't great customer service at all I would have been more generous to my mistake!

Sandwich was thrown together so messy, and dripping out of the wrapper. Cold fries, and they forgot an item and I had to go back around the drive thru line to get it.

Pulled up at the Drive-Thru on Cranium Drive in Rock Hill. There were no other cars, so it wasn’t busy. Waited several minutes, but no one responded. I backed up and pulled forward again, still no response! I drove to the pick up window and saw one employee, apparently engaged in conversation with someone at the counter. Couldn’t be bothered by other customers! This particular location is close to my home, but is consistently a problem. Because it is close, I relent, and 9 times out of 10, have faced problems! Apparently this location doesn’t want business!

Arby,s need to close down You order, get home it’s not what you ordered. Roast beef sandwich is not done. The meat looks raw. If you didn’t ask for cheese don’t add. Curly fries cold Curly fries on top And the rest is burnt small fries. If you work and order, you want what you paid for. I want be going back.
Got delivery. Roast beef was extremely dry. I asked for 4 Arby's sauce packets but only received 1 ketchup packet.
