My daughter loves Artic roll. Today she got the Oreo cookie roll with whipped topping. They are fast, friendly and at a great location.

Loving the concept of the ice cream rolls and I enjoyed watching the process of them being made. It was all delicious for myself and my 9 and 10 year Olds.
We had OhNo Oreos, CoCo Loco, and a vanilla base with pecans mixed in and a mango tea with mango bursting bubbles.
Taking one star from service only because the, what appeared to be, teenage workers or very young workers were not welcoming or inviting. Room for growth there with customer service and greeting customers as they arrive and providing education and help with menu options, etc.
There was one young lady that was able to answer all of my questions about the bubble tea when I asked. It was my first time trying one. I'm looking forward to visiting again and meeting the owner as the other reviews suggest that the owner provides warm welcomes.

Not really impressed with the rolled ice cream.

It tastes like soft serve syrup /base that has extra ingredients mixed in, is poured on a frozen metal platter and is then rolled / scrapped off.

For the price it feels like a very expensive version of soft serve with slightly better taste.

I stop here almost every week to get bubble tea for my granddaughter. This small business is a black owned enterprise by a friendly middle aged man who shares his successful flavor experiments with me for my granddaughter - and so far she's loved every one!They also offer homemade ice cream and milkshakes.

I've never seen a more incompetent pair of employees in my entire life. The one girl wasn't even wearing shoes. She just was walking around her socks. They couldn't figure out how much change to give me... she had her phone out trying to use the calculator and still couldn't figure it out. I had to tell her three times. The young boy clearly had no clue. he was writing stuff down on a pad. I stood there for at least 15 minutes and never saw them. actually even start making our order. A pair of people came in after us and they couldn't make change for a 20 from the register. They kept going back and forth into the back room and came back three different times to tell us that they didn't have the things that they needed to make our order and asked for substitutions. My son and youngest daughter got theirs but it was nothing like what they ordered. Continued waiting, eventually she came back, after talking to the manager on the phone, to tell me they couldn't make anything that I had ordered, but that I could come back tomorrow and get it. Can you imagine going into any establishment to order beverages, paying for them, and then being told that you can come back and get them tomorrow? I said I just wanted my money back. She went back into the back again on her phone, and came back and said that she couldn't give me the cash out of the register that I had just given her. She opened the register to put it in, but somehow couldn't open it again to take it back out... She held up the phone, didn't hand it to me, held it up in front of my face, for the manager to tell me essentially the same thing. This is a magic register that apparently only allows money to go into it. I never complain about anything like this but I ended up leaving without my drinks and without my money either. I walked into a place that was gross to begin with, stood around for half an hour, lost about $15 and my time and got nothing in return. This place is horribly mismanaged. How can you be out of the majority of things that you sell and also change? How did you not know that you were out of these things before you took my order? And how can you not immediately refund my money when you can't make my order? seriously, I've never encountered a more comically inept duo than these two teens, and clearly the manager wasn't much brighter. Absolutely clueless.

The cutest place with a wonderful variety of options! Perfect sizes and great prices! Love being able to watch them make the rolled ice cream with the kids and great seating. The owner is so personable and friendly. Great place and we will be back often!

This is my new favorite spot for bubble tea. The employees are very friendly and give good recommendations. I definitely will be back with my family next time.
