Artic Roll Ice Cream and Bubble Tea

Just came to Arctic Roll today with my kids! Absolutely hands-down great customer service. If you’ve never had it, try the pineapple with strawberry burst bubbles. Absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to come back and try more.

I really wanted to like this place and support a small business, but in all honesty it was very bad all around.

It took 20+ minutes to get our order even though there was only one small group (3 people) ahead of us. We ordered a Boba Tea and a milkshake. The tapioca pearls in the Boba Tea tasted microwaved and had no taste. The milkshake was luke-warm (yes thats correct, it was room temperature). After getting our order, we left and immediately threw the drinks in the trashcan just outside the door. It was a waste of money.

Maybe we went on a bad day or maybe they should just focus on the ice cream rolls and not offer the other menu items?

I met the owner over the phone and told them I was coming to support and try the roll ice cream experience and I did! Great customer service and delicious ice cream. I give this place a 10/10!

My family and I were visiting extended family on the east coast recently. This was a nice place to go for some ice cream and bubble tea all in one. Watching them make the ice cream was very unique for my kids and the tea was very flavorful. Will definitely visit again next time we pass through.

The only place in Rock Hill my 8 year old wants to go to for her bubble tea! And of course we leave there with the ice cream rolls as well.

Our family had the most delightful experience at Arctic Roll Ice Cream and Bubble Tea in Rock Hill! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient as we decided on our custom rolled ice cream creations—it was such a treat to watch them craft each order right in front of us!

The flavors were absolutely amazing! Every bite was rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The toppings were plentiful, and the presentation was Instagram-worthy. We also tried their bubble tea, and it was hands down some of the best we’ve ever had—smooth, refreshing, and bursting with flavor.

It’s rare to find a spot that the whole family enjoys, but Arctic Roll nailed it. The kids loved the interactive experience of watching their ice cream rolls being made, and we appreciated the quality and care that went into everything.

We can’t wait to come back and bring friends along. This place is truly a gem in Rock Hill! Thank you, Arctic Roll, for making our family outing so special!

First time trying boba and it was was fantastic! I asked Dashawn to make me his favorite drink and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

While the service and icecream were fine, as i was paying, the worker reached over the counter to the credit card machine and clicked on the 15% tip button. I didnt realize what she was doing and the machine moved to the next screen. I did not confront her as i did not want my food/drink to be affected. Shame because i wouldve tipped 20% otherwise. Completely dishonest business practices, will not be back.

Went above and beyond to make my daughter happy on her birthday, + the boba tea is so Good !!!

Closed when Google and the door said they were open. There wasn’t even a sign on the door to explain why they were closed. Love how I placed an order for pickup and had to cancel because once I got there, it was closed. This was 2pm on a Sunday. If you’re going to be closed, at least turn off your door dash orders :(
