This is the slowest place ever, whenever I do go I will be on hold at the drive thru for 8 minutes before I even order.

When into this place at 6 pm on a Sunday with my girlfriend and ended up walking out faster than I walked in. First, I wanted mint chocolate chip , didn't have that, decided to go with banana splits only to be told they don't have bananas. If your staff can order product to stock and keep stuff on hand, then just shut the place down. Ended up going to Walmart and buying everything to make everything myself. Definitely will not be coming here again or recommending this place either.

Service was less than impressive. The ice cream was covered up 45 minutes prior to closing and we were told we couldn’t order a sundae because they didn’t have toppings. The ice cream flavors were labeled incorrectly or not labeled at all. The doughnuts were hard and dry. The music was so loud we could not hear our family members sitting across the table. We were told they didn’t know how to turn it down or off. I NEVER leave a bad review, but this definitely warranted one. SO very dissatisfied. The owner of this franchise location needs to come in and fix a whole lot of problems or I’m afraid it won’t be there for much longer.

Ordered a cappuccino blast and drink was not made properly. There were bits of ice in the drink, and you could barely taste any coffee flavor. The employee also tried to hand me the drink with it overflowing over her hand and cup.

This is second time I have been to this store and not gotten what I went for. First time I got three banana splits and the only ice cream they had was chocolate. I went back today because it's close to my house and wanted three banana splits and it's a Monday and they had no bananas so I ordered was going to get three hot fudge sundaes and they had no hot fudge so I left. My question is how are they still in business and does anyone know how to order product.

The staff in this place sucks. I walked in at 4pm on a Saturday with NO ONE in front of me. Not only did no one (out of the 4 employees there) address me. I literally had to say "excuse me" to the girl who came up with a cone in her hand 3 times and ask her if someone was supposed to be there to help. She's like "someone is supposed to be up here. i dont know where she is". And this unprofessional airpod wearing person went back to scooping ice cream like I wasn't even standing there. She proceeds to yell at the guy working and nods her head towards me. He looked me dead in my eye and continued slipping a label on a cup. Again... There was NO ONE in front of me and NO line wrapped around the building. Honestly sick of these near useless so-called employees at these establishments. Trash... All of them.

I visited here with my children today 2/26/24 at almost 6 in the evening. I stood around waiting to order ice cream for about 10mins and no one ever said anything to me. Not even a hello when I walked in. After the first 5mins I thought maybe I should order at the kiosk but you can’t order baskin at the kiosk. So I waited another 5mins before I eventually left. I visit this location for Dunkin’ every single morning and don’t have a problem in the mornings but the afternoon staff sucks!!! 0/10 do not recommend!

This is a Dunkin Donuts /Baskin Robbins. The service was friendly and fast. We got a milkshake and a cappuccino blast, and they were made to perfection.
