We have done both take out and delivery from this place multiple times without issue or complaint. However today the restaurant cancelled our online order but didn’t bother to notify anybody. Beyond menu reached out after an hour of the order being placed that the restaurant cancelled without reason. We waited an hour for something that was never going to arrive.

I have been going here a while as I have always worked nearby. Sometimes it's ok, and sometimes it's not. I gave it another shot and was very disappointed. There were way more veggies than chicken, and the chicken in it was just fat. The price is low for lunch special, though.

The atmosphere isn’t the best but i’ve also only been at times they’re closing. Definitely good take out! Always fresh and steamy. Im veryyyy particular about my chinese food (especially sesame chicken) and i love most things off the menu! also great service, there’s always a sweet woman working, shes very nice and professional! love Big Wok 2!!!

Ordered here for the 1st time yesterday and I got the hibachi steak. It was the worst hibachi I've ever eaten. The steak was supposed to be medium and it was so well done it wad like chewing on a tire. No seasoning just plain nasty. The vegetables werent cooked all the way. I couldn't even eat it. I'll save you some money don't order hibachi steak.

Ordered Mapo, was delivered, it was watery, not flavorful and in a soup container. My daughters sweet and sour chicken came with no sauce on it! Also there wasn't a separate container that the sauce was in. Was my hubby's bday, thought we'd order in, what a disaster! Ruined my night.
