best healthy food , was going on a walk today down the trail near by and thought to stop by and see what they sold i purchased a small green rebuild smoothie , blended nicely and love the protein . Customer service was great! and very eye catching with the bright colors !

Wonderful people and tasty sandwiches. Not great for kids who don't like the taste of protein powder in smoothies. Most of the chip options were spicy, also not great for kids. I was charged for an extra smoothie and didn't notice until later. Oh well.
Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner and have adjusted my rating. And I'll probably return.

The food is fresh off of a menu with ample variety. You can also customize your own sandwich or bowl, choosing from a wide selection of ingredients. I enjoy the smoothies and wraps. Not much indoor seating, so be prepared to get it to go and eat outside or down by the river.

This is by far one of the best healthy options for a reasonable price in Rock Hill. If you're tired of fast food garbage, look no further. Seriously. The build your own bowls are fantastic, as are the bowls on their menu. Multiple different grain options, multiple different proteins and tons of veggies and sauces to top it off. The wraps, sandwiches, and smoothies are also quality options. In a sea of overpriced, overprocessed crud, Blend is a breathe of fresh air.

The food was great, the employees were kind and patient, the vibes were high, but the prices were a major jumpscare. I tried to order online but they weren’t accepting online orders. My online cart was a little less than $30, I go to order in store and it’s $40?? And I didn’t see any prices on the menu in store so I didn’t expect this discrepancy. I’m really confused why there was such a major upcharge from the website.
