AI fruve thru is crap. AI sucks. Asks too many questions. If i wanted an interview i eould yave went in and ordered. Drive thru is fir a quick pick up. Dont bother if you are in a hurry

This Bojangles did something absolutely AMAZING for us today!! We were put in a huge pinch with a fried chicken order that Publix dropped the ball on and from calling in the order to pickup of 100 pieces of chicken took them 20min!!! Thank you all SOOO much for the amazing service today, the manager didn't hesitate to take my order over the phone.

Went in and got a couple biscuits, drive thru was wrapped around the building. i was in and out within 2-3 mins, GREAT service, great conversation. every employee there this morning was so kind. 10/10!!

Just had the absolute worst experience here, pull up to the drive through, wait our usual 20 mins to even get up to the menu to order because they are always so over packed, finally get to order and the AI bot quits taking our order right in the middle of everything, just nothing. We sit and wait for a few, mind you the line behind us is getting insane so we pull up to the window to see if they can finish taking our order? As soon as we tell them what seemed to happen, immediate attitude. We begin ordering and some other employee comes up and starts rudely explaining that we’re ordering too much and there’s six cars behind us. We tell her that’s fine and just to cancel everything and leave because first off it’s not our fault your AI wasn’t working and then us just ordering stuff is too difficult for you to do. We weren’t ordering a ton, just too much for you to understand I guess. Will be calling corporate, because honestly just fatigued and disgusted at the lack of service here.

I work for a company right up the road and coming here is super convenient. Always great service the employees are always on top of it. I usually always put in big orders and they have them ready by the time I get there. Food is always hot and tastes great. This is one of the best if not the best bojangles I have been to.

Dont fries come with a 12$ bo-box? I didn't get any. You got a fully AI drive-through order, might as well replace the workers with AI. I would have better odds of getting what I ordered

The food was decent but they often miss items...In addition it TAKES FOREVER to get your food...I ordered online thru the app..and had to wait a whole hour plus...before I finally received my food..I ordered another time from this location in person and it still took forever......slowest service ever...I will not ever return to this one.....I will go to a Bojangles further away.. The worst...slow @$$ service.

This place needs Corporate to come and pay a little visit. Had some guy walking around the kitchen/register area with sweats and sandals, manager must’ve just gave up on this place. If the employees can’t handle simple job of pushing buttons and packaging food, maybe they’re better at painting or drawing because fast food Work is not their strengths .

I have never waited so long in my entire life for fast food. Ordered chicken bites and 1 sandwich. I would never recommend going here just based on the wait time and the fact that people that ordered behind us got their food first. It took 40+ minutes to get our order. On top of everything the bathrooms were very gross.
