They’re pretty slow and their customer service. Well they don’t really have any customer service no hello no thank you no nothing. They just ignore you until they’re ready to take your order and then probably 30 minutes later you get your food.

I dont like the AI drive thru. It messed up my order and I had to start over, which it was able to do, and it didnt read it back to me in a way that made sense. The line was also weirdly slow when I first pulled up but after about 5-10 minutes of no movement it moved alone very quickly. So maybe there was just an issue with one specific car/order. The food was good. It was hotter and fresh which I appreciated. The humans were nice, but the AI was not enjoyable.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a 8 piece family meal. Other people that were there before me were still waiting for their take out order. The coleslaw tasted rotten. I would not recommend this store to anyone getting anything after lunch. I'm totally disappointed! 😔

We have given this location multiple tries, but not anymore. Issues ranging from missing or poor quality food, incorrect drinks, not bringing out curbside, so by the time I went in to get it myself, all the biscuits were soggy from being wrapped in a plastic bag full of condensation, but today was the final time. With tax, spent >$30 on a family meal that had old dry chicken, soggy smashed mac and cheese, and expired coleslaw. The coleslaw had a made by and use by sticker on the lid. Very apparent! Use by was nearly 12 hours before; however, I gave it a little taste...completely spoiled. Whomever packed the box had to have seen it too. It couldn't have been missed. Oh, don't order catering either. A couple years ago I did one week in advance...when I went to pick up the 35 sausage biscuits as scheduled, they had no started the order, and then tried to charge me more than the as advertised on their menu.

Everything was disgusting! Food was disgusting, gravy biscuit was old and discolored. Restroom was super disgusting!!! Floors were disgusting! Tables were disgusting! No cleaning happens there!!!

Delicious....perfect.....nobody makes better biscuits than bojangles.
My first time on IG to a bojangles and it was SPECTACULAR! Our cashier who attended us so delightfully was Jameika. She was so bright, sweet and helped us order as I was unsure due to never being here before. What a true angel! The chicken was so crispy and juicy. The biscuits were so buttery and flaky and delicious! The dirty rice MAN O MAN!!!! The inside is soo cute and clean! I felt like I was on a date 🥰 ! We aren’t from here but visiting from Orlando and it was a great first visit!
