Efficient automated robot voice drive through. The path is a little tight for no reason. They just put unnecessary curbs everywhere. Food tasted good though. Gobs of mayo inside and outside the bun. And they stack the pickles instead of spreading them around so you get them all at once instead of a bite in every bite. Other locations are better though.

DO BETTER IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT!!!!!! This is by far the worst location I've ever been too and the worst fast food experience I've ever had. We placed a mobile order at 9:50 a.m. today, and after waiting inside for over an hour because no one would speak to us (horrid customer service they make the worse places look good) they gave us cold hard food that has been sitting since we placed the order. We will be getting a refund and will be visiting their corporate office first thing Monday morning! Not to mention we called bc we weren't sure if we needed to come in to pick up and the lady (manager) on the phone was incredibly rude.

Bad service as always. Every Bojangles I go to always messes every order up. At this particular Bojangles, I ordered a Bojangles chicken sandwich. Add bacon add cheese add lettuce. Of course they ring me up for a BLT. I do not like tomatoes. I would’ve loved some cheese on my sandwich. They were out of honey mustard. I made sure to tell the girl at the window that I didn’t want tomato I didn’t wanna BLT I wanted bacon lettuce and cheese. I’m not sure why Bojangles can’t figure this out. They literally ruin every order no matter what the location is. Literally I will pay 50,000 more dollars per order if they would just get some competent employees in the building.

I arrived around 1040am on Sunday, Nov 3rd, and the drive thru was wrapped around the building (which blocks drive thru customers from exiting) so I went inside to order. I waited at least 15 min to get to the register, then the cashier left to box food for the previous customers for 5 min, as I continue to wait. To find out they didn't have any ranch dressing for my husband's order and at this point I didn't have time to eat before work so couldn't order myself food as originally intended. Additionally, the cashier was rude once I tried to order and I ended up walking out with no food after waiting 20 min. Now to see if a manager reads this and cares to respond or apologize or not.

I get what they're trying to do but I'd rather have a kid working their first job than a robot to take my order. That's like 3 or 4 full time jobs they removed with that one.

Zero star on service.Never was greeted, never even looked at us, rude cashier. Dirty place, bugs on the wall, dustpan full of dirt, bucket of dirty water with rag in it on table. Waited 10 minutes before being told they were out of breasts.

The AI drive thru cut me off half way through my order so I get to the window and the girl has an attitude for me asking if I can finish the order and says that it doesn’t give them time to have it ready?? I’m sorry?? I didn’t ask it to cut off. Never coming again. Have been here twice since the AI drive thru and same thing both times
