Bojangles food has a unique flavor. Especially the dirty rice and the seasoned fries. I highly recommend anyone and everyone going to Bojangles.

Cold and old food is being served regularly. Bought my daughter some fries and ordered myself chicken supremes, supremes were ok. Not freshly cooked, very hard and dry but the fries were horrible. Took them back to only get them to mix up old fries with new fries. There were only a few hot fries on top and the rest were cold(nice trick), not to mention a lady standing over biscuits eating sausage. The drive thru employee was nice but that's about the only that was good out of my visit.
they have an AI working the drive through. it doesn’t even try to sound human and kept interrupting us. we didn’t know if it understood what we were asking. felt really alienating from the usual good service of bojangles. Absolutely did not like that and left.

I went through drive thru. My order was taken in a timely manner. My food was hot and the worker was curtious.
Chicken sandwich order was completely wrong if I wanted Chick-fil-A I would have went there. The associates acted like it was a bother to help us at all. Will not go
