STACEY BROWN. Black lady is kinda older, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. didn’t understand the robot thru drive and she said we were extra when we got to the window , I told her to do her job and maybe it’d be easier and she didn’t do anything but laugh. Horrible and I hope she I no longer go there again with her involved

I order the 9 piece nugget combo with an extra drink on the side for over $15 and they ask me what drink, side and sauce for the combo so I tell them. Then I get to the window and the employee apologized and told me that it does not come with sauce or a biscuit. Why would they ask me what sauce if it don’t come with sauce? And I thought the biscuit was supposed to come with a combo. We also didn’t get any napkins or straws. Almost everything was left out. The last time I came here the robot computer didn’t add my 2nd order like I clearly said in English so the employees made me go thru the drive thru twice because the machine didn’t get it right. I even told the employees that I clearly ordered 2 meals and they still made me go back around. I use to work in the food industry so I understand that mistakes are made but when it’s every single time then the public is gonna say something

The food is always the same, So no complaints about food. Its the inside service that needs some help. Getting condiments, or a re fill on your drink is nearly impossible. For one- we placed our own order at the kiosk. That was really nice. But the cashier didn't want any interaction with customers. She would call your name, hand you your food and turn her back immediately. We stood there another 5 mins waiting to get condiments. I watched her throughout dining inside, and she did this to literally everyone. When leaving, my husband wanted a re fill on his drink. Again, this took another 5 mins. There were the following people inside. My husband and I, another couple. And three people waiting on food. The dried thru had ONE car in line. This was during breakfast after the rush. I would highly suggest Chick Fil A next door.

haven’t even gotten my food yet, i ordered for curbside pickup. we came & saw the drive thru successfully go thru many time's, its been 40 minutes & nobody has came out to bring us our food. i came in to check everything out and there’s not even a person behind the counter, ive been standing here for numerous minutes. DO NOT COME HERE! MULTIPLE STAFF WALKED RIGHT PAST ME & NONE SEEM TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE MY ORDER.

The chicken was moist , tender and hot. Coleslaw was perfect and not too creamy. The bo rounds were also tender, crunchy and hot. Everything was great. We will be back.
