Why are they so slow?? I’m literally waiting with three other customers who came through the drive-through who were asked to pull aside once we paid to wait for the food. I only ordered a salad. I work nearby and now I’m late to work waiting for this food. Never coming here again. Save your time and money. I beg you.I only have one star because I had to to post this.

Went to order food. The do it yourself machines were not working and no one came to take our order. We ended up leaving and going to chick fil a. Bojangles lost our business today. Worst service ever had at this location

MY FAVORITE BOJANGLES! Clean, well stocked, Christian music. But the best part is the crew. Day shift night shift it don't matter best customer service, best attitude. Hands down beautiful

Wife ordered food last night, and when she arrived to get it they told her they didn't have steak biscuit at that time. That was okay, my wife was willing to take a refund,, but apparently the employees thought a fight was necessary. Acting like trailer trash and making threats. I calling corporate this morning and absolutely refuse to come back till the people involved are fired. You can't act like you're straight out of the trailer park while working for a reputable company.

It took forever to get the food. Then they thought our order was Togo even though on we order at the Kiosk and but dine in. They had no napkins out for us or paper towels in the bathroom. Then once we got our order they told us that they were out of cheer wine or Pepsi. All before 6 pm.

I ordered on the app and chose curbside pickup. Get they're and let them know in the app that I've arrived. 15 minutes later I had to go in to ask where my food is and I'm told that you have to come inside to let them know your here so that can THEN, and ONLY THEN make your order. Yes you read that correctly. If you want them to bring your food to your car, you have to go inside to let them know your there. And on top of all that, THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. I will never spend another dime of my money in this restaurant.
