Service was terrible. They told me to pull up to await my order, and they actually forgot to make my food. After what seemed like forever, I asked where's my order, the gentleman retook my order, which caused additional wait time.

My dad had went to place a to go order there tonight and they had stated they were out of almost everything we wanted. I ordered the Bo Bites and it’s dinner time, they stated “we dont have any right now, so we would have to make them”. I would rather my food be hot than sitting forever, its just strange to me how it is dinner time and you aren’t prepared to serve it. Also with my order, I got mac and cheese with an arnold palmer on the side. I got a tea and some bland fries that taste like they sat in grease for a long time. The bo bites are great, but the rest not so much.

I ordered the three-piece thighs and leg combo with pintos and dirty rice. I give it three stars because although the food tasted good, the thighs were so small. The leg had more meat on it than the two thighs together did!

Went to get the family dinner box. They had me wait for chicken to cook because they are out of White meat at 5:30 on a Saturday. So I wait. I get home and it is all dark meat NO WHITE MEAT.

I try my best to be supportive of fast food businesses due to them typically being short staffed, but the right attitude makes all the difference. And this store definitely does not have it! I order through the drive thru then ask to see the receipt. They tell me to hold on. No one says anything for a few minutes so I say "Hello"! Someone finally comes back on the speaker and says I have to come up to the window to see the receipt. So I pull up and they tell me I have to come in. I go in and I'm told I have to get in the long line inside before they will review the receipt with me. So after waiting in the drive thru line they say I need to wait again inside! And this is all due to an obvious mistake they made! How does my total go from $20+ to over $40 when I add 4 bo-rounds? And the way the employee spoke with me was very inappropriate. "You have to do this, you have to do that, etc." Attitude can take you from worst to best! You need to learn from some of your competitors!
