Fried chicken is a once a month treat! I bounce between Popeye; which I no longer go to, and Bojangles. Today's experience was poor on many levels: Customer service, lack of professionalism and cold chicken. Additionally, she shorted my change(the dollar bill), it was half missing, I let the Mg. keep it. Had it been a lower rating....!

I just got to say that whoever cooked the chicken tenders at 10:45am on Oct 6th, did a FANTASTIC job! I like Bojangles and these were probably the most perfectly cooked pieces of Chicken, I have ever had at a Bojangles. 10/10

Ordered in drive thru at 5:30 pm on a Friday. Got up to window and was told, “we are out of white and dark meat chicken. It will be 20 minute wait for chicken.’” Really???

Placed our order, the cashier was rude, we asked for 2 sauces, she told us we had to pay for those. Our order was over $50.00 so I'm not sure why we should have been charged for 2 sauces! Will not be going back to this location.
Stay away from this location. I arrived at 9:34 PM. I received my food at 9:57 PM. Manager didn’t even bother to come out and apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. Was told that there were no grilled chicken options 10 minutes after I had already ordered and had to choose another option Not to my liking. Biscuits had half the top torn off and the wait was ridiculous. Not worth the $33 I had to spend. Stay away from this location. Their standard isn’t meeting the expectation.

Went there for a biscuit combo this morning. Mens Restroom was a crime scene, one guy with curly hair was great, one young lady couldn’t care less, another was late and the manager was doing a great to keep from losing it..
In other words… not good and all the customers witnessed it.
