The world’s most inconsistent restaurant. Different staff every time I go, and quality varies greatly. Last trip was annoying to purchase family meal and get half a container of coleslaw.

AI ordering system tries to upsell, then I get accosted at the window for telling the AI to not try to upsell me. Never going here again.

Started out at the drive thru which is now automated and can't figure out what you are ordering. Because of that, I had to go in the store to order a standard combo and a sandwich with NO lettuce. As I watched, there was nowhere a smile or care as my order was taken, 10x faster then the robot drive thru, lettuce was put on the sandwich and the food for the combo thrown haphazardly in the box. My food was set at the counter and I had to ask if it was mine. I than asked for a bag and got the biggest eye roll and the smallest bag that didn't fit the food. Sandwich was greasy and room temp with soggy, greasy lettuce. Supreme combo was like warm and was greasy and tasted reheated. Never again!!

Worst service that I have ever dealt with in my life! I take the time out of my lunch break to place a order! I confirm that order in the drive thru window and with the drive thru attendant! Get back from lunch and these people STILL give me the wrong sandwich! I called to let them know what they did wrong and speak to the store manager Darren who ask me to bring my incorrect sandwich back! Mind you, I'm on LUNCH! I'M HUNGRY! I tell him I'm going to eat this sandwich because I can't come back now! He proceeds to tell me if I eat the sandwich they can't replace it or give me my refund! What kind of customer service is that?! What are you going to do with the sandwich DARREN? So, now I'm further inconvenienced because I can eat what I didn't pay for or starve not have lunch save the sandwich so that they can correct THEIR MISTAKE! Store manager Karen is on vacation but best believe I will be taking this up as far as it can go! I will z Never

I don't get Bojangles unless I am in the south. I was looking forward to it. It was very disappointing. The chicken was okay, but the sides were awful. I had green beans and mac & cheese. I took a couple of bites and threw it away. It was so disappointing because I usually have such good luck with Bojangles.

Serious issues at this location! Order today on the app curbside pick up and the waiting game began. The app said 7 mins it would be out. After 17 minutes of waiting for someone to walk (which didn’t happen) I had to go inside in which the person at the front said “here for a pick up”, in return I stated I had a curbside pick up, her reply was the system was down. Funny, the receipt clearly states it’s curbside and no one looks outside or thinks to go ask?! Especially when the app gets your vehicle information. System wasn’t down, they just clearly lazy. This is normal of this location, they don’t care about customer service, they are a waste of space and getting paid for it. Biscuitville comes in and I HOPE they run them out of business in this area. They should get training from York on how to take care of customers. Good luck Bojangles, with reviews and word of mouth’s, your days of taking money and treating customers like dirt is coming to end soon. Just look at the review score, it says everything 3.8 ( should be zero)

Greedy corporation has AI at the drive thru. The absolute BAREST biscuit gravy I have ever seen, it's like the employees are paying out of their own pocket to serve the food, or the corporation makes them be stingy .... I will NEVER visit a Bojangles again.

We had no power and woke up not able to have breakfast or coffee. Bojangles didn't disappoint though. They were open and all the staff were working extremely hard and fast getting their customers food and drink. Shout out to the entire staff!! You guys are all so very appreciated. Thank you!!
