THIS WAS THE ONLY RESTARAUNT OPEN AT THE TIME, SO I WAS FORCED TO TRY IT OUT. IVE HEARD AND SEEN THE ADS , BUT THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EATING HERE.THE BEER WAS COLD AND FRESH. SORRY I CANT SAY THE SAME FOR THE FOOD, PROBALY SHOULD HAVE ORDERED WING , BUT I DIDNT. I ORDERED A CHICKEN SANDWICH W ONION RINGS. I RECEIVED A CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH COLD CURLY FRIES. DECIDED NOT TO COMPLAIN. THE BREAD WAS AWFUL. I TOOK THE CHICKEN PATTY OFF AND ATE IT PLAIN. SOMEONE LET THE BREAD GET STALE AND SERVED IT ANYWAYS. NOT GOOD

Too slow. Food was suppose to be out a while ago don't know what the hold up is.

Edited. Manager sydney came and talked to me and offered a credit for my 37 min wait time. I appreciate her and understand.

Sat at bar waiting for service for 15 minutes. Asked hostess if there was a bartender? She said "they'll be right with you". She brought menus to us and we waited another 12 minutes for nothing. We left and as we passed by hostess stand, they said to have a good night.

Don't expect anything from this place. Glad we did not waste money on food or tipping crappy service.

You better count your wings && DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!! TWICE I was missing HALF my order, the first time I let it go because they did make it right & anyone can have a bad day… but this time I just had to write a review! Because things like this should NOT happen TWICE!! I called both times & they did make the other half of my order both times, but it’s very inconvenient having to go back to the restaurant especially when I live on the other side of town - 20 min away. Never had half my order missing TWICE at other restaurants so again I stress DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER IF YOU COME HERE & PLACE A CARRY OUT ORDER!!!

Disappointed. Got a sampler and they didnt even bother to melt the cheese on the nachos and the boneless wings were like eating cardboard. Wont go back.

came here to redeem points that I’ve accumulated and I put in the order on the app turns out the order I put in was for online only so I told the lady “I don’t mind getting it to go but if I refund my points and try to order something else that isn’t an online order will it refund me instantly?” She said “yes” 20 minutes goes by and still no points but they still bring me the food I was wanting to redeem then the manager comes out and says that they don’t have the ability to do anything about it but I’ll see my points refunded in 24 hrs but I’ll have to pay for the food in front of me. Imagine if all I had was the points and no money then what I would have probably gotten arrested all because these employees aren’t educated on their own services. Very mad at this visit doubt I will come back to this location, I live very close to pineville charlotte area so there are plenty of BWW around me to choose from and this one is just not it bro.

I am here now been waiting over an hour for our phone. I cane here last year to the same wait time. They are always short staffed. The heavy set Woman that waits on you is very kind she does a 5 man service her best. They food is good whenever you do get it but the wait time is always horrible.I received a gift card otherwise I would never eat here. They don't have enough cooks at this place but their food and waiters they do have are amazing. If you out there and need a job come help them a great place to work they need you!!!!!!!!!

Horrible place to eat had a $25 gift card ordered 10 boneless wings fries and a piece of cheesecake. Total was like $24. The fries were so hard I couldn’t eat them and of course I ordered boneless wings and what do I get bone in wings I call back up there Get put on hold then get told that the big manager is busy. And can I call back in about 10 minutes for good measure I gave it 20 to 25 minutes now I’ve called 13 times in a row and can’t speak to anyone. Can’t even get the call out order number for someone to pick up. Customer service is a joke. It clearly stated on my receipt 10 boneless wings and now I’ve wasted a $25 gift card. Will not ever come back to Buffalo wild wings again

They had bad service me and a co worker stopped by to have a drink and the lady took our order but never made our drinks and when to service someone who came in after us and we sat there for 20 more min to see was she ever going to come fix our drinks but never did so we walked out and will never go back..

I ordered traditional wings in mango habanero for takeout. On the way to an occasion, I found out they were boneless. I called about it to which the staff and manager were asking me what did I want them to do. I asked for my original order and they told me I could get it later. I came later and returned the boneless wings and I was given traditional wings in mango habanero. Let me tell you, I've had mango habanero wings here MANY times. This time, the were not the regular spice level that they usually are. It's supposed to be on the hot level. That sucker was WILD. That was the first time something so spicy made me cry. I only continue eating my share because I was hungry. Maybe I could say there was a good takeaway from all this, which was the pride in taking in all those spicy wings.

Ate there at 4:30pm on a Sat. Wasn’t very busy. Burger was decent. Barely any fries with it. Server sucked. Place was dirty.

We walked in for lunch. Place was fairly empty. 1st person told us someone would seat is in a minute. We waited a few minutes and second person stated someone would seat us in a minute. Waited a few more minutes, then another person told us to sit where we wanted. So we sat over in the bar area. We waited about 15 minutes, but no one ever even came over to bring us a menu or take our drink order. We just got up and left..sad, because we used to enjoy going here. Probably won't be back.

The place was dead no outside lights and on Thursday night It sucks, they need help,the worst bw I have been to, except Tuesday night.
