Food is great, service is lacking. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. Granted I only had an hour for my break. Most restaurants are capable of delivering a meal in this timeframe.

Wife and I went to eat, wife had a long wait on her sampler which came out and the slider meat was hard, the ck strips were hard and the stuffed tots were cold in the center. Manager made sure to talk to her kitchen staff which was awesome! She offered to redo her food but wife was ready to go. My food which I got wings and ff were great. Will for sure come back to this spot hopeful for a better food outcome! Thanks

BWW is always a ‘no-brainer’ for my fiancée and myself when we’re looking for some sort of ‘comfort food’ option. The wings are always a ‘must’. For her, she usually goes for the Lemon Pepper Dry traditional wings with Ranch dressing on the side and me, being a sweets guy, I always go for the Teriyaki and Orange Chicken wings.

Something that I recently ordered and it tastes amazing, is the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak Sandwich! I also had it with the Tater Tots and Queso Sauce on top….🔥🔥🔥 (Just trust me on this one!)

Great food

Very rude managers. Staff looked overworked and overhead mangers being very rude to staff. Have gone multiple times and the wings have been out of stock. Managers seem to be on a power trip I very honestly feel bad for the workers something needs to be done about the GM Kate.

Terrible TERRIBLE place. Management is clearly on something do not come here.

Was a big disappointment. Was with my gf and we had to share a drink the entirety of our meal. Never was checked on and never offered us refills. Oh she also threw our appetizer to us and we were treated like 2nd class citizens. Never going to this place again. Manager was very sincere and apologized oN her behalf and BWW.

They didn't fulfill my 1st order, so an hour later I place my 2nd order and my salad arrived without dressing. That's 2 strikes on 1 attempt to eat their food. Lesson learned.

I placed an order online at 11:30. The app said it would be ready by midnight.. I didn't get my food until almost 1230. Food was cold when I got it. Staff seemed confused and disorganized

made us wait over an hour, longer than the wait time. However, without any notice, we walked inside as usual, just for them tell us they aren’t seating anymore. Ridiculous. They should’ve called to tell us they aren’t no longer seating instead of wasting our time. They had my phone number and name.

THIS WAS THE ONLY RESTARAUNT OPEN AT THE TIME, SO I WAS FORCED TO TRY IT OUT. IVE HEARD AND SEEN THE ADS , BUT THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EATING HERE.THE BEER WAS COLD AND FRESH. SORRY I CANT SAY THE SAME FOR THE FOOD, PROBALY SHOULD HAVE ORDERED WING , BUT I DIDNT. I ORDERED A CHICKEN SANDWICH W ONION RINGS. I RECEIVED A CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH COLD CURLY FRIES. DECIDED NOT TO COMPLAIN. THE BREAD WAS AWFUL. I TOOK THE CHICKEN PATTY OFF AND ATE IT PLAIN. SOMEONE LET THE BREAD GET STALE AND SERVED IT ANYWAYS. NOT GOOD
