On August 20, 2025, I was having lunch at this restaurant when I bit into something hard in my burger and broke a dental crown. I contacted the senior manager, but he refused to file a claim and gave me a phone number that I was unable to reach for several months to settle the damages. I contacted Burger King support directly, but I was denied compensation for the treatment due to the time elapsed since the incident. The case number is 22543691. I believe the manager deliberately did not create a claim. Be careful when dining at Burger King; the tooth root could not be saved, and the treatment cost $4733.

Service is very slow take 20 to 30 minutes to get food and then it Luke warm. A restaurant with fresh food can make it faster if I was the owner or manager they should look into this

Drive thru employee is too rude. She acts like she hates her job and is disrespectful. No manners. I am speaking about manager in black uniform. Alexandria is very nice and polite and I fell bad that she has to work with that rude boss with her hands on her hips acting disrespectful.
