Hash browns were half frozen and dripping with grease. The woman who range me out I think her name was Cheryl was amazing! The black girl with glasses and long and I think blue fingernails was as rude as can be to both myself and Cheryl(her co-worker). That woman needs to be home if she is going to talk and act the was she did this morning. She basically threw the bag into my hands and said here. No customer service. Terrible.

Apparently this BK is very understaffed. Our DM came here and waited 30 minutes for food. With this being like a drive thru DMV with no way out, he had to wait for our mediocre whoppers. This lead to anger and then he obliterated us in DnD this evening. Our demise was the result of your terrible service and time management. May our characters deaths haunt you for eternity.

My son had a 4 piece nugget meal , the nuggets were so hard my son started crying due to the fact he was so hungry and it was already late ..Food should be prepared fresh at all times especially when I paid for it do better!
Never been to a Burger King or any drive thru that lets three+ cars sit at the first window, no one at the food window. It’s △⃒⃘lways the night crew and it’s absolutely ridiculous.
