I was there for almost 10 minutes around 1hr and a half before closing. Thats not fast food. They took their time even taking my order. All that and when I got to the window they got my order somewhat wrong. I just asked for a medium double wopper meal and when I got to the window they asked if I got a wopper cut in half. Id say my order was simple, all that and they tried to offer me another drink because they forgot they already gave me one.

I had an outstanding experience at Burger King thanks to the incredible team members Adrianna, Perry, and Jada. From the moment I walked in, they made the visit feel genuinely warm and welcoming.
Adrianna greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was taken quickly and accurately. Perry prepared everything perfectly my meal was fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. Jada completed the experience with her upbeat attitude and made sure I had everything I needed before I left.
It’s rare to see a team work so smoothly together while also giving such great customer service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to the wonderful teamwork of Adrianna, Perry, and Jada!

Order food today and got my food then went but up to the counter and wanted to order something else the young lady said she would be with me in a min then a guy who was running drive thru asked what I want I told him and I told I couldn't order due to being busy that was not my problem could have taken my order had no problem to wait
I haven’t been to Burger King for years, now I remember why. Lady at the window was great, lady passing out the food was superb. Saying the food was horrid would be an understatement. Chicken patty must have been prehistoric, I could only eat 1/3 of it…. Fries were fries……. The 4 “onion rings” were more artificial tasting than i remember. I’ll not darken their door again.

Peri, the GM, was gracious to help support the Rock Hill High School JV football team this season by providing burgers for the post-game meal. The last 3 times including yesterday have been Great service my 3 kids have been picking this Burger King over Chick-fil-A because the service is better and they don’t leave out any of their food like Chick-fil-A has been doing at Both locations in Rock Hill. Burger King keep it up please 😊 ⭐️

I politely asked through the drive-through intercom what options were in one of the meal deals they had available, and the lady replied with, “read the menu, boy.“ safe to say that was the most insane response I’ve ever heard at a fast food place. Won’t return here if she still works there
