Went here on July 24th, 2025. When my wife and I walked in and made our way to the counter, we were not greeted by Monica, the cashier. My wife spoke to her 3 times before she responded. Her face was held in a manner as if she was aggravated and didn't want to be there. I round that to be very displeasing. The manager, however, was very social and polite. I did tell Monica that I was big on reviews and that she should be a little more interactive with customers as well as greet them and have a smile while doing so. I will only go back because of the manager on duty.

Staff was extremely rude when asked to remake a burger that was messed up due to allergies. They were Overly loud when talking trash and berating us for simply wanting the food that we originally payed for. Never coming here again, one star is even too much to give.

They had some sort of shortage going on. Sat in the drive thru for 42 minutes-could not get out due to the design..one young lady was taking orders, and payments, working both windows, cooking and packaging the order, delivering by herself. I drove on through when I could. They made no notice....good thing I didn't have an appt somewhere. No regards for your tine-just let grown folks know what's going on.

Burger was ice cold and made wrong. Payed for bacon and recieved none. Burger was also dry and bun was hard. Was definitely old bread. This place sucks. It had been over a year since my last visit. I will not be giving them a third chance to ripe me off and server me crap food again. My suggestion is go anywhere but here.
