Had a 7:30 am oil change scheduled, only to be called at 6:30 am to be told they were cancelling my appointment due to staffing so they weren't going to open until 10 am and I should just come at 10 am so they can work me in. I show up at 9:45 am and wait until 10:45 until someone comes out to tell me they still can't open because the guy who was supposed to come in at 10 still hadn't shown up. Everyone in line left and took their business elsewhere including me. This has clearly become a pattern at this location as it happened before when I made an appointment. They clearly have both a quantity of staffing issue and a quality of staffing issue. They don't have enough workers and the ones they do have either aren't qualified (They are required by law to have at least one certified technician/mechanic on duty) or don't bother coming to work. Walmart has to do better. But I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I definitely don't have this problem anywhere else.

Women's restrooms were totally awful. Every stall had the toilet dirty in each one two wasn't flushed or wouldn't flush, toilet paper from bathroom entrance down to the last stall and back to the door...A little improvement since last visit there
UPDATE: 6/26/25 - Restrooms were much better actually the whole store was in much better shape and as always Walmart had what I needed
