Went here for breakfast this morning and was greeted by James at the window. It was refreshing to go to a fast food place and someone who actually wants to work. All of the staff was smiling and in a great mood and my food was freshly made and not just thrown together. I rarely write reviews but this one was well deserved

Sat in drive through and nobody bothered to take my order. 4 cars went through the line beside me. If you have the lane closed, mark it. At least respond to the person sitting there instead of taking the others cars one right after another.

Went Thur the drive thru. Happy with our order. It was delicious! And they got our special ordered whopperade just how we like them. Great job! 👍🏼
Went to drive-thru 35 minutes ago today and woman taking the money said it was $39.98 for our food. I thought that was a little pricey for what we ordered. Gave her $40 and she closed window & did not give me a receipt. Pulled up to 2nd window & asked for receipt. Receipt showed $29.98.
Parked and went in building w/ my 2 kids and asked for Manager. She complained that she has to shut down the drive-thru to count the register and walked away. The place was very busy but still....you can be polite. She came back and gave me my change. No sorry nothing. Stupid me I should have counted it before going back to the car, because I was shorted $2.00 Also, we did not receive one of our drinks.
Very rude and unprofessional as well as kind of questionable. Will not be going back.

I’ve waited like 30 minutes for a single double cheeseburger no combo and when I called and asked the person on the phone said it would be right out and took another 10 minutes to bring me my food
EDIT: after I got my food it was still wrong and couldn’t even be bothered to take it back inside to have it fixed

I placed my order at 12:59 PM and did not receive my food until 1:30 PM, resulting in a wait time of over 30 minutes for a very small order. My order consisted of chicken fries, one double burger, one double cheeseburger, and one medium fry.
During this time, I observed extremely unprofessional behavior from the manager on duty. The manager was initially assisting with food preparation but abruptly stopped, walked away from the sandwich station, and never returned to help. As a result, orders began backing up, and several customers who arrived after me received their food before I did.
What made this situation even more frustrating was that there were approximately seven employees working at the time. Instead of focusing on getting orders completed and assisting customers, several employees were on their phones, appearing distracted and disengaged, while orders continued to pile up.
Instead of stepping in to support the team during what was clearly a busy period, the manager appeared uninterested and disengaged, showing no urgency or concern for customers who had been waiting an excessive amount of time. The attitude displayed gave the impression that customer service and team leadership were not a priority.
I understand that fast-food restaurants can get busy; however, the lack of leadership, professionalism, and accountability from management made this experience unacceptable. Managers are expected to lead by example, ensure their staff is focused on their responsibilities, and treat customers fairly and efficiently. That did not happen during my visit.
This experience has made me question whether I will return to this location in the future. I hope this matter is addressed so other customers do not experience the same poor level of service.
