This Burger King is horrible!!! Waited in the drive-thru for a very long time. Just to get to the speaker and they did not have my order in their system. Iâm convinced the employee at the 1st window isnât capable of handling their job mentally. The manager is disgusting and of no help whatsoever. I will not be back here.

I have never been to a fast food, even burger king. And waited 40 min at the drive through. This has happened before. Decided to give it another try. I will not be back that's for sure. Spent my entire lunch break sitting and waiting for my food.

I'm not sure what happened to the Burger Kings in Rock Hill. They are a pale imitation of what they used to be. Locally, they haven't been good in a long time. I go occasionally hoping it's different this time. I'm almost always disappointed. If I want my flame broil fix from here out, I'll go to Cookout.
Whoever the franchisee is in Rock Hill needs to get their act together or maybe just let someone else run them??

Got in drive through at 4:30 in the afternoon and was greeted with we ate closed at the moment.
It makes zero sense why I am being redirected to a holding spot out of the drive thru when there was only one car in line a head of me when I pulled in. You can't charge these prices and still take as long as a sit down restaurant with much better food. We are eating at your establishment because we have limited time during lunch breaks. If you aren't going to be convienently FAST then I would rather spend the same $13 for much better burger if Im still going to wait. This restaurant has been the slowest I've ever been to since it opened. Always a line wrapped around the building. And there are days they dont even open the lobby. Today there was no line so I pulled in thinking I wouldn't have to wait 15 mins for my food. They proved me wrong once again. Here I am waiting for a regular menu item. Nothing special or fancy. Either lower your prices or speed up the process. This is insane how long it takes at this restaurant every time I come no matter if it's full or no line at all. Still have to wait.

That you may not take care of your belongings, but please do not touch other people stuff much less beat on it to get them to move forward

Service was fine. Typical fast food service. Food was not good. Got the street corn whooper and there wasnt even enough on the burger for me to taste the âstreet cornâ which is literally just tiny chips that they give u 10 of so 5/6 of the bites are all burger and bread cuz theres barley any toppings at all. I also got the pickle fries and im very much disappointed. They are mushy and mostly breading. Couple of them werent even full pieces they were literal skin. I checked many of them to see if it was just that it shrunk and that is not the case. This place is giving stingy. For the prices yall be charging id expect to atleast get enough to be able to eat.

Closed lobby as usual long wait at drivethru of course. Silent employees not one word or greeting. Rude and slack fast food as usual. Why do they even bother to open? Oh and bag dripping with greasy stains and rubbing off on seats and hands not sure what all that was.
