John the owner and staff treated us like family and the wine was fantastic!!! This is an amazing family owned establishment with 3 loving cats inside, wine slushies, attentive staff, and overall amazing experience. Can’t recommend enough !!!!!

I've been wanting to visit Cat's Paw. Born and raised in Rock Hill, I was excited to know there was a winery within close range from Charlotte, so I had to try it. It was so nice. Staff was amazing and learned that wine there is without tannins and sulfites. So for those who don't fare well with that, this is perfect. Bought several to take and share at home. Will be back.

We decided to visit Cat's Paw today for the first time. It it such a nice hidden gem. We were greeted by such a friendly smiling staff. After mentioning it was our first time, we sat down at the bar, immediately given popcorn and water. Then given the wine list, advised how to choose my flight. One of the best things was the most majestic orange kitty named Morris, who just laid there and allowed me to just pet and loved on him. Of course I was able to meet Simon and Percy as well. The wine flight was amazing. I will say all the wine was very tasty, however I have to say Joey's Merlot was my top choice and the Cabernet Reserve to follow. Of course two bottles had to come home. I will definitely be visiting again, so worth the drive.

Just read Charles Rickmans review. I've been here many times. My opinion is that Charles must have had too much Robitusson and cheap vodka before coming here. These are not your expensive California or French varietals. These are quaffing wines, to be enjoyed by themselves. Cats Paw was actually voted by 2024 The Guide to South Carolina magazine, " Best Of South Carolina" wineries. Come here, enjoy the wines. Don't judge this by one negative review.

One tastes like it was fortified with robitussin, which was one of the better wines. They do not have any dry wines. All are sweet even if they are advertised as being unsweetened.

I wish there was a sixth star for this place because it was such a great experience! I’m not much of a wine drinker but I enjoyed just about every wine that I tried here. The staff was great, very knowledgeable and then there’s that cats! Very friendly and willing to keep you company during your visit. I’ll be back and you should check it out too. Be sure to look at the hours before you go since they’re only open a couple of days a week.
Awesome spot! Very low key and friendly atmosphere! The kitties, of course, were adorable and let us get some pets in while we enjoyed our drinks. I got a wine flight of the watermelon, peach, blueberry, strawberry-rhubarb, and pear wines and we all had a blueberry wine slushie as well. My favorite was the watermelon. Very sweet and refreshing! The blueberry wine slushie was a close second favorite. Definitely a must try if you love kitties and getting tipsy!

It was such a pleasant surprise! I went randomly with my husband and it happened to be on their anniversary so we were greeted with free catered bbq food and cake. Amazing experience and will be back!
