Placed a order for a spicy chicken sandwich and waited for 40 minutes for it and never got it and i was asked if i did the right location and told them yes and still never got it so i just left

No toy or apple juice came with the kids meal. An order of fries and other items paid for weren't included. Service was very slow. The worker helped some of his buddies eating there 4 or 5 times bringing them out different things to try and whatnot. The manager came out and lectured me like a child to not cuss at her employees because I asked what the "hell" is going on with this restaurant I have never had a problem at any chik filet restaurant before.
Very dangerous drive thru line. Parking lot too small with long lines backed up into the mall traffic. Service very slow. In line today for 45 minutes.

Great food. Pretty good service. But extremely slow. Sometimes I’m waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Even when there’s not a rush. And even with two lines they are beyond slow. It’s ridiculous!!

Sweet tea ordered - received unsweetened. When inquiring with cashier there was just no feasible reasoning for what could have happened. "It was just sweet" obviously not but let's argue with the customer

I don't want a gift card, I don't want you to make it right. I want you to realize your system is flawed.
I ordered ahead on the mobile app and upon arriving at the restaurant it was an additional 30 minutes before I received my food, once I received my food all my condiments were not in the bag so I went inside to get them and took almost 5 mins before I could someone's attention to help me out. No one greeted me, No one asked if I needed help or anything of that nature just blank stares in my face. I will not stop at this chic fila ever again, I will drive up to cherry road location instead!

I came from work to CFA to eat, and the manager there, Destiny, was so kind and helpful. The key lime frosted was amazing, first time trying it!!! Again, shout out to the sweetest one, Destiny, her attitude and helpfulness to the guests is top tier- she stayed calm under pressure when the line stacked up and always had a smile on her face. Amazing girl!!!
