Love chick fil A. One of my favorites. The Food looked good but my order was all wrong. Even the name on the receipt was wrong. It was late and I was too tired to go back and wait again for my correct order. So needless to say I didn't have supper. Had to give it to my son. They need a better system. Especially at this location. I've been to others just as busy with no problems.

Service was slow and ordered milkshakes and 30 minutes later they were still not given to us. I had to go to the counter and get them and they were melted and they didn't offer to make new ones. Was not a good experience and do not recommend going to this chick fil a.

OMG, I am beyond amazed on how this chick-fil-a worked today. They staff and people handing us our order was so respectful and quick even with a full dining room. They even asked us this thing called the question of the day which made me laugh.10/10 service and would recommend

Not the usual service that you get at other locations. The staff and associate who posed as the manager but wasn't were rude They gave ua water instead of the drink we ordered ans paid for. I will never come back.

I was passing through Rock hill and decided to get my daughter a small fry, small soda and I got an ice cream cone. I’m use to Chick-fil-A having order and fast. First after I place order and went to hand over my money the lead said wait one sec while she asked who drawer this was (I’m thinking you already jumped on ) and now you want to ask. No one knew but she then gave me my change . I got my coke and I was for certain the ice cream cone would come out quickly with the fries. But no. Two other women were waiting on their food they got there food . I knew I was next and no one else needed food. Students asked for refills and I’m still waiting , a lady who order on her app received their food and. Two ice cream and another lady got their food. I’m just lost and then a worker gave me my fries and I’m just waiting , I mean they had 20 workers and some had nothing to do but standing there holding a conversation. Like I just order something simple and I need to get home I’m just passing through I don’t live here. So then I say excuse me I’ve been waiting a long time I just ordered fried, drink and a ice cream. She goes and gets my ice cream and says they were filling up the ice cream I didn’t have the energy to go back and forth that all that was a lie. Again I’m so shocked at this location bc they have so many workers but they are just standing around talking. They are extremely slow. I shouldn’t even had to wait in pickup bc of what I had order.

This is the worst Chick-fil-a in the area. They’re always understaffed at least in the drive thru (one - two people taking orders tops even at the busiest times of the day), it’s an easy 20-30 minute drive thru experience, 15-20 inside depending on how the line moves, and I feel like the drive thru staff are so miserable and just seemingly can’t be bothered.
In our two years in the area, we have gone to this location maybe two handfuls of times for these reasons. There have been days where they were out of fries and yes, if you wanted anything else, they couldn’t even be decent enough to wave the upcharge. You wait long enough in line to then be told there are no fries, or something is broken or, like today, you over hear the staff at the pick up window gossiping about how someone hid the strawberry topping pump in the most absurd place and that’s why they didn’t have strawberry for half of the morning.
Today was 30 minute drive thru time. Two people working the intake line, one on each side. One lady working the pick up window. Everybody just hanging out and himhawing, zero acknowledgement of how long this has taken. We would’ve absolutely left had we been able to get out of the drive thru line. Loved being 3 days away from giving birth and getting trapped in their drive thru line and couldn’t get out to utilize their facilities.
This is clearly a very overdue review and a lot of resentment towards this location has built up. We always chalked it up to a busy time of day a fluke. No. This is just how this location is. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the one on Cherry Road than ever go back here. And I most definitely will.
The proverbial cherry on time - their lemonade tasted like warm unsweetened fermented lemon water. Literally warm lemon water. No exaggeration.
You know, good on the people trying to get through and do their jobs there. It was so hot today. They looked miserable and were still there serving grumpy people like me.

Dirty and extremely slow. Second Chick-fil-A I’ve been too. Service has gone extremely down hill. Made my order inside at 3:11 PM and food was not served until 3:31. See photos. The standard has fallen. Won’t be back

This chain enjoys the best reputation for great food, service all in a clean well run restaurant...Not this location.
