Worst Chick-Fil-A service in all of the Charlotte area. Ive lived and been all around Charlotte and I’ve never been to a Chick-Fil-A that’s as consistently slow as this one AND gets our order wrong on more than one occasion. This most recent time, from the time we got in the, not overly long, drive thru line, it took us 25 minutes to get in and out. Over half of that time was spent sitting at the front of the line waiting for our small 2 sandwiches order, while we watched countless cars that came after we began sitting in the front of the line come and go. 1 star service, I don’t plan on returning.

drive through takes forever. literally ordered a four piece chicken strip and a spicy chicken sandwich and waited 30 minutes parked while at least 10 cars drove off past us. also adults on ladders hanging up lights saying 67 instead of helping guests lol. like cmon

Visited this location at the peak of their lunch rush and it took longer than usual to receive our food. We were content waiting but Ms. Bessy in the lobby made the wait even easier with her sweet servants heart. She addressed us multiple times offering refills. I noticed her also helping multi people throw away trash, get seated with their young kids, and hold the door that continued to open. She came back to us and offered to bring our youngest son a place mat, even secured it to the table for him and then offered to see how much longer our food had. Like I said, we had no issues waiting because we understand the rush of chic fil a, but I couldn’t help but notice the initiative she had to make every guest, coming or going, feel welcome. She is such a blessing to your restaurant and I hope she receives credit for going out of the way to make our experience during a lunch rush not so bad. Thank you Ms. Bessy!

The staff was awesome. They were really busy but liked how they had a Birthday party and a fundraiser going on and they were still great with service. Will definitely think about going here over alternative locations in the future.

Having one person work the drive through during rush hour seems irresponsible and ineffective. Thankfully the nice lady that was taking our orders addressed our wait time and welcomed us with open arms. If not for her I most likely would have left without ordering anything.
