The average Chick Fil A drive the is rather quick. 3 times in a row I've been stuck in line for over 10 minutes at this particular location. By far the slowest location I've been to.

I never go to this particular Chick Fil A, so I didn’t realize I was in the “mobile lane.” They refused to take my order because I was in the wrong lane even though the 2 lanes merge into one lane. Even talking to the manger was no help because she said “they can’t make exceptions.” This is the first time I’ve ever had bad customer service at any Chick Fil A. I’ll stick to the Dave Lyle location from now on.

Unlike Harriet Welsch I enjoyed my food and experience quite well. Now I did not catch the name of who took my order so for the sake of simplicity I will use the name Dwayne. Dwayne was a great server. Her service was certainly up to par. I love how she did everything in accordance with company and rules and policies. I understand you cant bend any rules for me as then you would have to bend the rules for everyone else. Dwayne was wonderful and polite in all aspects and I highly recommend her. Thanks Chick-Fil-A and dwayne, and thank you Harriet for unique entitled attitude. I hope next Monday treats you better

Dining experience was not up to expectation. I used to work at chick fil a 5 years, came in and ate dinner employee brought us our food but not once did they come back to check on us to see if we need a refill or condiments, this is not my pass experience coming to this location. Had to get up and go get refills, and didn't even acknowledge us at the counter, waiting for refills

Well, it’s a Monday. I’m a teacher. Money is tight and I’m out of breakfast food. But I still have part of a Chick-fil-A gift card so I decide I’m going to get breakfast there. I go to the drive-through cause I’m on my way to work and that’s where I meet Dwayne. His real name wasn’t Dwayne. I didn’t catch it so I just made one up for him. He asks if I have a mobile order and I say no. He says “I’m really sorry about this but you’re going to have to drive around and come back through the correct line.” Note that there is nobody behind me or in the lane beside me. While I understand that I wasn’t paying attention and have gotten into the wrong line, it’s really freaking early in the morning and I’m not inconveniencing anybody. It is 6:30 AM. However, I don’t argue. I go ahead and drive around. He said “There’s no cars in front of you so you should just be able to go straight around.” He was wrong. There were three cars in front of me and they were blocking where the lanes literally merge so I could not just drive around. Let me repeat that part the lanes literally merge and there was nobody behind me or be beside me so what on earth is the big deal? I drive around. I come back to Dwayne. He says “Sorry about that.” Frankly I’m not buying his apology. If you were sorry about it you probably wouldn’t have made me do it because it was pointless, but I think Dwayne is so young that he still has those legalistic values. Anywho, he asked me what I want and my mind goes blank I try to look at the app on my phone, which I do have, but I can’t seem to find the menu without trying to make a mobile order, so he invites me to go up to the sign that displays the menu. Half the sign is not on. Thankfully, Dwayne offers to help me find what I’m looking for. It was the egg white sandwich with the grilled chicken, by the way. He uses my partial gift card, which is the reason why I could not use the app. I didn’t have enough money to cover the entire sandwich. I would have to pay cash for the rest of my order. Dwayne is unable to tell me how much I still owe. I get that. I’m not good at math either. He wishes me a blessed day and sends me back around to merge into the other lane. Now there is no one impeding my drive. I go to the window where he said I could pay, which is more of a door. I pay the rest of my bill which was $.89 I then wait for about three minutes for my food while listening to the employees gossip. Finally I received my meal and I am on my way. I drive the rest of the way to work and eat my sandwich, though it is a bit uncentered and messy looking within the wrappings. It is tasty. I highly recommend the egg white sandwich, but I do not recommend Dwayne, even though he was a polite young man. It is OK to bend the rules every once in a while when there’s nobody in line and it’s 6:30 in the freaking morning.

The drive thru line is terrible. Are we getting punished because no app use. I personally just like to talk to someone. Please do better. The mobile drive thru is nice but it’s making us suffer. Seems unfair.
