This is the best thing since McDonalds opened. This is the coolest. You drive up and they take your order, their system is perfect and other businesses alike should emulate their procedure. Love ths place inside and out. Great job, Great service!

Olivia seems pretty miserable. To the point where she purposefully put my order in incorrectly. Thankfully the poor kid at the window asked me to check my order where I saw it was incorrect and he fixed it. I understand it's hot out and people are irritable. I'm hoping this is the only reason why an employee would do something like that. This location is normally pretty good otherwise.

Disappointed because I accidentally got in the mobile order line and could not exit the line and I waited a long time to reach the front where I was made to go back around to order one chicken sandwich and that line was even longer so I went to Bojangles instead of getting back in line and I waited 30 minutes however I can't get out of the line & I can't order any food because even the drive through to order the food is cut off for deliveries even though we are entering the same line to pick up. Thankfully bo jangles had my back and got me through in less than 5 minutes. Because I was pretty hungry.

it started off where my kids sprite was just plain water in the cup. No Sprite the salad I got the lettuce was no good. You can tell it wasn’t fresh lettuce, and it left a bad taste in my mouth and on top of that the parfait I had had little pieces of plastic in the parfait this location is gonna wind up putting somebody in the hospital with food poisoning or salmonella. I have pictures of all the plastic that was in my parfait, but I guess they don’t allow pictures on the Google review

The mobile drive through lane would be wonderful - if you could get to it! But when you have to wait in a line what goes out to the road when it's busy and can't get to that lane- it's kind of useless.
Two lanes that merge leaving half of the second lane empty seems inefficient too.
Wonderful friendly employees and good food though.
Ugh!! Why do I never get my food right or the sauces now I’m stuck at work on a hot day with a DRY ASS SANDWICH AND FRIES. How hard is it to put the condiments in the BAG! Ruined my Friday. Also why I never DoorDash

Went inside to place order instead of drive-thru, big mistake! Drive thru had about 15 employees tending to it while one person handle the front. When I asked a manager to help the young lady at the front he said “yeah the drive gets most of the attention” and walked off. 4 people ahead of me in line. Really ruined the usual cheerful service I receive at Chic fila.
