Your typical Chick-fil-A drive thru experience. Courteous and prompt service. The line is always a worry at any of these but they do a good job of get the food out and the line moving.
I choose this place over all other fast food restaurants because they actually train and hire young teenagers who are polite, kind, and respectful. They almost never get their orders wrong and they actually marinate their chicken, or season it well enough not to have to hide the chicken flavor in grease.The only thing that's difficult is that they don't have a lot of restaurants around and you have to drive far to their locations and when you do, you have to wait in a long line so they're not even a fast food restaurant anymore. Also, their food is priced a bit high and we don't get coupons in the mail. Also, their restaurants are super loud, they need to design spaces inside that absorb sound. So, 2 stars are missing until they improve those issues.

Some Chick-fil-A locations are good, and others are great. But this is the only location I actively avoid when possible. Among other things, slow service, and still serve dine-in orders in take-out packaging. Just drive a few extra minutes to Dave Lyle Blvd and go to that one.

I arrived exactly 1 minute before breakfast was supposed to end (10:29) upon arrival the drive through was bonkers, completely out of order. The drive through attendants NEVER approached my car to take my order; therefore I drove around thinking someone would eventually come to my car. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Once I approached the pickup door someone finally attempted to take my order but stated that breakfast had come to an end. Of course I was annoyed because I arrived in hope of receiving breakfast. I am deeply offended with the customer service presented this day. Furthermore, the is definitely not my first awful experience, so I will not be returning.
