Google makes me leave 1 star, but I really do not want to leave one. I visited on July 20, 2025. I ordered the spicy pimento cheese sandwich and after sitting down for 15 minutes someone came and told me they didn’t have any spicy cheese. Then my wife ordered the chicken salad BLT and they just brought her a chicken salad with just a little bit of lettuce on it. It was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, and bacon. The sandwich had no tomato, which they were out of and no bacon. They said nothing to us about being out of bacon. She did not get what she paid for. This not the first time we have been at Chicken Salad Chicks on Herlong in Rock Hill South Carolina and gave us the wrong food. They are always out of something when we come to eat. They obviously do not know how to restock their food, so they do not run out. They were acting weird in the kitchen, so I should have known something was going on. Yes, you can see what’s going on in the kitchen from the dining area. This restaurant needs to do better or they are not going to make. Read some of the reviews they don’t sound good for the future of this place. We will not be back!

Food is fine, bathrooms are disgusting. I went to use the restroom and there was bowel movement splattered on the back of the toilet and possibly urine or blood running down to the base. Really need a good frequent cleaning there.

We love it here. It’s casual, unassuming and such good food for lunch. My elderly mom and I go here for the simple atmosphere and conversation. We love the fancy Nancy!

I usually love a chicken salad chick. The flavors are great. This location however is in need of a serious deep clean. The smell of the carpets when you walk in is pungent. The ice machine in the lobby is in need of servicing. The ice comes out covered in black specs and it makes a louder than normal humming sound. Cleanliness aside we ordered two BLTs that were lacking in chicken salad. We ate quickly and left. It was around $30 :/

was in Rock Hill for an appointment and craving Popeyes when I stumbled upon Chicken Salad Chick. Seeing the fully loaded drive-thru, I figured it must be good and decided to give it a try. I asked the worker for recommendations, and she suggested the soup and the Buffalo Chicken Salad on a croissant with cheddar, bacon, and buffalo chicken salad.
Let me tell you—her recommendations did not disappoint! The soup reminded me of a hearty chicken tortilla soup, and that croissant sandwich? Absolutely amazing! I’m usually not a chicken salad fan, but this changed my mind. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give this place 10 stars I definitely would just based off customer service. I have never been here but I was online looking at the menu and decided to give this place a try although I went through the drive-thru the guy that took my order was amazing he basically told me what to get lol and I can say hands down thank you sir for your hospitality and patience. The jalapeño holy is very tasty although I like spicy it’s was not very spicy to me but I will definitely get it again!! I will make my way inside next time so I can feel out the atmosphere other than that this is going to be added to my favorite place
