While the food was good, the customer service was absolute garbage. Lady on register couldnt answer simple questions, or provide correct information on the food items. Went to order queso, when they brought it out there were no chips and they said you have to buy chips seperately. On the menu its listed as "chips&dips" indicating chips come with the dip you order. All staff were very rude, and treated us inexcusably.

Went to Power House to checked out the food they had to offer and picked Chilango Tacos. Ordered the Mexi Crunch. MASSIVE! So full of flavor and goodness! Got a side of elote and it was so good! Don't sleep on this place people.

I ordered a bowl with chicken and paid extra for avocado. Half the avocado was black. Why on earth would you give that to someone? Rice was undercooked as well and chicken had burnt pieces mixed in.

It’s just disappointing the fact that the food is good but the service in the past 3 times I’ve been there have been terrible. Just today at 738pm. I was standing and for a good 5 mins I saw the female cashier clean the wall and felt like she was ignoring us. She clearly saw us standing there waiting to be helped. We had to ask if they were opened?! And she was so rude the entire time taking our order that I decided to order somewhere else. My favorite place to eat and now I’m not sure if I’m willing to come back again.

Got a steak burrito with other toppings. Got a bean burrito with rice....That's it. Not one shred of beef. Wife ordered a steak quesadilla, and got a tortilla folded in half with enough steak to fill a half of a thimble. No queso. Workers couldn't care less about the inadequacies. Could have gotten better food and service from Taco Bell for 1/4 the price. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Never again. Terrible. Let a company that cares move into that spot.

Food was pretty good. They tried to charge me 50 cents to REMOVE guacamole from my Mexiwrap. When I called them out on this obvious mistake they doubled down and said that is their policy. Time for policy change and re-training of staff. If that fails new management is in order.
