We somehow got away from eating here but got introduced to the Old Timers Burger. It’s excellent! Of course, bottomless Chips and Salsa are always fabulous. Hey Chili’s, we’re back!

Was greeted when I first walked in at the bar but the one eyed bar tender provided terrible service continuously ignored me taking other people order before me other customers saw this and showed concern he walked away from me several times saying he would come back and take the order but never did I had to get the manager after I paid and got my food he comes over and asked me was I ready after I already paid and then he walked off no one seems to think this is a big deal but it is and needs to be addressed thank God I’m just visiting and don’t ever have to come back but I will be reaching out to corporate about my experience thanks

I went to this place and nobody was by the door. The place has few customers eating and no one to take care of my order. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody took the menu and i was looking and waiting another 10 minutes and a lady came to my table and told me to move to another place. She disappeared, and I could not order anything I just left the restaurant. It is amazing that they don't take care clients .

I haven't been to a Chili's in years, but they finally sucked me in with the $10.99 burger deal. I was highly skeptical after giving Applebee's a try last weekend (which was beyond abysmal BTW), so my expectations were low. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was good other than a few maintenance nit-picky details. Our server was very attentive and brought refills before our glasses ever got empty even though it was very busy at the time. The food was surprisingly outstanding. My burger was one of the best I've had anywhere in the area in a long time. My wife's chicken tenders were also outstanding. I can't believe I'm saying this about a national chain, but I'm now a fan and Chili's is going into the regular rotation for us.
I was a little worried because of the reviews but all our food was good and service was THE BEST. Way better than the one in Gastonia.

We had a large party with lots of kids( basketball team) and adults. We had about a 30 minute wait, which wasn't bad considering our large party. We ordered our food from our waiter and he was very nice. The best part is our food came out pretty quickly. We would visit this spot again if we're ever back in town.

Simply put YUCK. whatever there calling a steak was more like chewing boot leather.... definitely not worth the spend. Won't be back. Whoever is managing this place ur team members spend way way to much time visiting in the kitchen instead of being on the floor making sure ur customers leave happy. Probably a very very low if at all profitable location. Need a shake up here.
