My food was delicious although I prefer a well done steak and it wasn’t cooked all the way well done. My outstanding waitress fancy was very nice and friendly made sure we enjoyed our visit.

Who doesn't love Chilis?
Been coming to this location for years and it's been pretty consistent. At times service is spotty but I've actually seen this improve over time.
Not much more to say about a corporate joint, but they are at least upholding the glorious image of Chili's reasonably well.

I have to admit I have left a review before about the same thing. The food is always a hit or miss but when it's a hit it's a hit and when it's a Miss it's definitely a miss. Today I attempted to place your order to go. The young girl over the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager and she gets back on the phone to tell me that the manager said that he can't make my food the way I want it. I have never had an experience Ratchet And unprofessional. This is definitely not a place you want to go if you're used to having something nice. Maybe they need to rebrand. The bad part is I even asked to speak to a manager again and the lady hung up on me

We somehow got away from eating here but got introduced to the Old Timers Burger. It’s excellent! Of course, bottomless Chips and Salsa are always fabulous. Hey Chili’s, we’re back!
Was greeted when I first walked in at the bar but the one eyed bar tender provided terrible service continuously ignored me taking other people order before me other customers saw this and showed concern he walked away from me several times saying he would come back and take the order but never did I had to get the manager after I paid and got my food he comes over and asked me was I ready after I already paid and then he walked off no one seems to think this is a big deal but it is and needs to be addressed thank God I’m just visiting and don’t ever have to come back but I will be reaching out to corporate about my experience thanks

I went to this place and nobody was by the door. The place has few customers eating and no one to take care of my order. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody took the menu and i was looking and waiting another 10 minutes and a lady came to my table and told me to move to another place. She disappeared, and I could not order anything I just left the restaurant. It is amazing that they don't take care clients .
