Polite workers, but they could do a better job with cleanliness.

This Chipotle is awful!!! I walked in on Friday May 23 at 4:00 pm and there were 2 people in there working and we waited a while for them acknowledge us and they would not look at us or anything. We just walked out and went to Salsarita’s across the street. It was 2 white men in there. One was at the drive thru window and 1 standing right in front of us at a table and would not look at us at all. This place is the worse restaurant in Rock Hill, SC. This the most unprofessional nastiest restaurant. They need to close because they suck!!!!

Come get your slop! This location does a horrible job of maintaining the serving area, and it usually looks disgusting. They slop the food into your bowl and don’t care about presentation whatsoever. Junk all over the floor in the kitchen area and zero personality. The food is edible, so that’s a plus I guess.

This Chipotle has been feeding me since it opened. They have me coming back weekly cause it’s so good. Best portions, best taste, best workers. Nothing is ever wrong or late. Give all of them in there a raise!!!

Bonner Family

They keep their doors locked up to ten minutes after the stated opening time, do not have all the food even ready until 15 minutes after opening time, and their Agua Fresca machine leaks all the time.

Tottaly unexpected horrible staff . Dont go there ......they dont have knowledge how to communicate with customer ........dissatisfied staff behavior......they charge me 1.70 dollar extra .....before we talk about that ...

Bowl wasn't bad as long as you tell them how to make it. They seemed in a hurry to get it done (mind you there was only 2 people in line) and had to repeat some instructions twice and then they look at you like you're the one at mistake. The whole line is there just to get you outta there. I like chipotle so will still eat at other establishments, just not this one

Food was good, not so spicy, so it works better for me. But the space distribution / lay-out is awful. Depending were you sit you end surrounded and squeeze by customers ordering and waiting on line, and then the soda machine is by the front door so you either needs to bother those ordering or in line to go get your soda.
In my opening is more a bad selection of a retail space which limit having better layout options.

I had a very poor experience here DoorDashing on Sept, 28th, 2024 during the nightshift. it was unusually crowded- after the helene storm past, all restaurants were. Door Dash orders are top priorities and should remain top priorities in restaurants. as I sat there for almost 20mins, not one single employee helped me, I had to grab their attention and ask twice for my customers order. not a single employee was communicating with anyone on the left side of them. alot of us were waiting but I was the only DoorDasher in that very moment. My customers order was just ONE BURRITO BOWL. and I continued to watch the girl at the drive thru window make all this burrito bowls except for my customers. when I asked the second time, the front girl at the register, did check again but came off like she couldn't be bothered. when I sense that from her and waited long enough, I unassigned myself. They need to do better under pressure and better with communication. Cause that wasn't it.

Worst service EVER, they are so mean and when I told them that my food had an odd taste they didn’t do anything or give me a refund. I left the food on the table and got out of the store when I paid for food i didn’t even eat

Every time I’ve gone in here (and the new store on Herlong), it looks like the kitchen had a food fight that never got cleaned up. Can’t be sanitary. Employees seem a bit disinterested in general. Won’t be going back anymore.

Historically a fan of Chipotle. Not this one. How can I list the ways?

1. We visited on a Sunday at 12:15. 6 people in the restaurant (should have been a hint). I saw 6 staff members. Good ratio, right?

2. Every table top was filthy. Drink service area filthy. No iced tea had been made. Tops of iced tea containers askew with trash inside.

3. We ordered bowls. Server put white rice in mine, I haas asked for brown. She simply dumped it back into server. A no no. Piled the food so high it toppled onto counter. He scraped it off (somewhat) with a napkin, and unceremoniously plopped more guac on top of the by-now-unappetizing pile. Absolutely no concern for cleanliness, health issues, or aesthetics. Gross.

4. Our options were severely limited. They were out of: steak, pork, carnitas, and running low on chicken and veggies. (But the serving containers were still in the hot rack, sloppy and dripping, seemingly an announcement that “you ought to pick something else, we don’t care”). I said I’d wait for steak. She said “it’ll be 15 min wait.” And then simply stared at us.. Then she hollered at cook, whose response showed no urgency or concern, but was nonchalant at best.

5. Absolutely no one on serving team was happy, joyful, or even moderately customer oriented. All seemed grumpy, some actually angry.

BOTTOM LINE:
go somewhere else. If they’re still open tomorrow, it is likely they won’t be next week.
