Most of the employees were rude , rushing , and not helpful. The inside of the location was dirty with food everywhere. Cleaning the counters with dirty rags . The trash overflowing.

I don't know how this chipotle can be so disgusting when every other one (including the other location in Rock Hill) is always superb. The food had no taste, the chips were plain (no lime salt taste), the red and green tomatillo sauces were some disgusting watery goo. Who ever is running this store should be fired. I visited on Jan 2 2026.

Almost everytime I order on the mobile app I pay for the guacamole as it is extra and everytime I get my order it does not have any. This has happened atleast 7 different times. Please check your food and bags because if not you are paying more for nothing.

The staff are nice people, the food is great. For vegans, you can get the softitas as your 'protein option'. There's space to sit around. They have great hot sauce available for free. The smoky chipotle one is insanely good. If you get chips, ask them for the green salsa with the chips, they won't give you salsa by default, lol. The red salsa is insanely hot. Anyway, I go here for massive portions where they keep it juicy and stuff the burritos until they're bustin' out! I practically wanna order 5 at a time though, but that would get expensive. For 2 burritos, each with guacamole (extra) and chips, and no drinks, it's about $28 after tax. You better get the brown rice for your fiber, people! It costs the same as the white!
And Google, stop using AI to tell me what to write!! It makes me feel like a child with a teacher hovering over me! The highlight of my visit, Google, was staring into my husband's eyes as the sun began to go down, but that really has nothing to do with the restaurant other than the fact that the music was subtle, plenty of seating near windows. It was pure human love, and I'm so grateful to have felt it.

Mr Knox just made us the perfect bowl with no juices, the last girl that made our bowls was very sloppy, didn’t drain beans, corn, pico 🥲 I wish I had said what I was thinking and thought about reviewing her but instead I talked to Mr Knox about our concerns, he promised to pass it on and I told him if it happened today I was fully prepared to cancel and just leave as it was not only not appetizing but on my way home those juices leaked through the bag and all in the floorboard of my car.🥲 Not good, but hey, thanks Mr Knox for listening
