The order I picked up at the drive thru on 9/25 at 12:30pm was incorrect. The only part correct was that it was a bowl. It was obviously someone else's order that was given to me. The receipt taped to the bag was completely unreadable which probably aided in getting the order wrong.

They always have everything stocked and fresh, I love getting the burrito bowl. I'm in and out quickly and the staff is always very kind. Great lunch spot!

It's Camryn!

I arrived at 9:36 and the doors were locked. Another couple was also at the door. Someone came out so I went in and the employees yelled we're closed. I asked why, it says 10pm online. They agreed but said it was close enough to 10. Meanwhile they were piling their to go meals high to take home. I asked if they could just make a veggie and chicken bowl we drove all the way there and I hadn't planned to cook.

They had no rice, no question, no corn and no Pico and no chips. But had they waited to make their food and served customers until close they would have had enough for our paid orders. I still paid 38.00 full price for guacamole and the bowls even though we had no chips or rice etc to go in them and they didn't offer a discount. Very unprofessional and rude and gave very small meat portions. I will not be back.
I called tonight and again the line sayd closed at 9:32 pm no one answers it's automated. Closing early is a regular at this location.

It took 15 minutes to get someone to Acknowledge that I was even there. Everyone seems to have an attitude or they really didn't want to be there.

Disappointed in the quality of the food that I paid for. I placed an order on the app and of course it wasn't ready on time, but I was willing to overlook that. When I arrived for the food they didn't seem too apologetic and asked me to come back. When I came back, my order was ready finally. I went to make my drink and the machine was out. They ended up making it through the drive thru. Okay, no problem. When I got home, the steak in my bowl did not have the taste nor appeal that brought me there. I know now to not order or eat from this location.
