This is the second time we have gone to this restaurant in a week. The food is awesome. Consistent, just like you expect from chipotle. But Both times we’ve been here the staff looks like they’ve all been given a death sentence. They’re so morose. You feel badly asking them to make your order.

I've always had good experiences at this place. The vegan sofritas is amazing. I'm saddened that Chipotle as a company has done away with the custom digital soda machines. Don't expect anything sugar free unless it's packed with caffeine. The seating has never been crowded, but I wish there were more booths instead of those stool things (no back support), hard wooden chairs, and even hard wooden booths. I feel like that's the kind of place where they want you to get it to go! But I had no problem sitting in that booth, getting messy with a giant burrito, and doing a crossword. Employees are so friendly in my experience. They have bathrooms. They are both family restrooms, which means they are gender neutral. As a woman I'm used to restrooms being cleaner, because women's bathrooms are cleaner, but here I've gotten a taste of gender neutral bathrooms, where certain men think it's funny to pee all over the seat and leave it up, etc. But I think the employees do their best to keep up with it. That's not an easy job.
Vegetarian options: Sofritas is vegan! Both rice options and both bean options are vegan! Tortillas are vegan! Yay! Go confirm on one of the peta websites.

This location sucks the workers are lazy and don’t even try to make your food look presentable. There was a young African American male that honestly threw my food together as if me and my husband were animals . I’m sure he wouldn’t like it if someone made his food like that. Very unprofessional for a new location just trash.

Last time I come to this location. Twice my daughter found hair in the food. And then this latest almost all the meat was undercooked, cold, and unable to eat. Very poor quality. When I approached the staff about the hair they just looked at me and said "ok, so do you want another or something". Very poor

Every time I’ve gone in here (and the store on Cherry Rd), it looks like the kitchen had a food fight that never got cleaned up. Can’t be sanitary. Employees seem a bit disinterested in general. Won’t be going back anymore. Sad as it’s a new store.
