First time I tried these guys yesterday, went on rock hill eats looking for a Philly steak, a few said try this place. Wish I did sooner they were courteous, fast, the Philly cheesesteak was amazing, the fries were fresh and hot and delicious just like the cheesesteak. Will definitely be back to try everything else rock on guys ??????

This place is awesome. I am constantly on the hunt for a great burger, and found this place several years back. I've been following ever since, and have returned multiple times, even though it's a 45-minute drive round-trip from Charlotte.

This place has possibly the best burger in the Greater Charlotte Area at the time of the writing of this review. I was feeling a bit more "health-conscious" yesterday and went for their Napa cabbage salad and added chicken. Man was it a treat.

The operator I spoke to at the food truck yesterday tells me they're getting brick and mortar soon, and as someone who has followed them and loved their food for years, I couldn't be happier for them.

Their chicken sandwiches are awesome as well. Can't recommend their food enough.

We went to Hoppin with some work friends. We scanned a QR code to order our food and they texted when it was ready to be picked up at the truck window. I got three tacos and brussel sprouts. My husband got a burger and fries. Wayyyy too much food but so delicious. 15/10 would recommend the sprouts. I think I could eat them every day forever.

Everything about Cibcibi is wonderful. Their food is inventive and delicious. For vegetarians, I highly recommend the Jasmine Rice bowl with Brussle Sprouts in place of the protein. Their impossible sandwiches are also fabulous.

Vegetarian options: Jasmine rice bowl with brussels instead of protein, impossible meat options

TLDR; if you want the best burger and chicken sandwich of your life, make your way to what looks like Winthrop’s campus and go to this food truck located at Slow Play Brewing.

Service: fast, efficient, and super friendly. We chatted a bit with the guy running the register - not sure if he was an owner but he was so nice and provided fantastic service!

Ambience: located outside on the patio of Slow Play Brewing Company, there are plenty of tables available and you can go in and grab a beer while you wait for your food.

Food: what we’ve all been waiting for. Harriet’s in Charlotte always held my heart at the number one spot and I do love them so much. Cibi Cibi’s sultry ways stole my heart away from them and now they sit at number 1. I can’t say enough about the burger - flavorful, goopy, perfect amounts of cheese. Get the double and thank me later. Their chicken sandwich was also the best I’ve ever had! It comes with 4 levels of spice and we got the level 3. I love spicy food and have a higher tolerance than most so this was a good level for me but would likely be too spicy for the majority of people. I’m not brave enough for the 4 since they apparently cover it with Reaper spice haha. Also, don’t sleep on the Brussel sprouts and fries which were the perfect accompaniments.

I absolutely will be going out of the way to venture through Winthrop’s campus to come here again because there’s literally nothing bad I can say about this food truck.

Only problem handling my food no gloves and the Mac fell on the counter and he picked it up bare handed and pushed it in the container with no gloves. I gave it back to them an he swap it for queso that was tasteless. Burger was fantastic tho.

Not even a question, the best food truck in Rock Hill,SC. Works out well that they are also positioned alongside an amazing brewery. I've heard they are going to be moving to a permanent building soon, I hope that works out for them, as long as the food quality stays the same, they should be fine.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this place in the sauna at the gym. He was very talkative and passionate about his business. I was impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. I can’t wait to visit his place and try his food. I’m sure it will be a great experience.
