Everything about Cibcibi is wonderful. Their food is inventive and delicious. For vegetarians, I highly recommend the Jasmine Rice bowl with Brussle Sprouts in place of the protein. Only problem handling my food no gloves and the Mac fell on the counter and he picked it up bare handed and pushed it in the container with no gloves. I gave it back to them an he swap it for queso that was tasteless. Burger was fantastic tho.

Not even a question, the best food truck in Rock Hill,SC. Works out well that they are also positioned alongside an amazing brewery. I've heard they are going to be moving to a permanent building soon, I hope that works out for them, as long as the food quality stays the same, they should be fine.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this place in the sauna at the gym. He was very talkative and passionate about his business. I was impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. I can’t wait to visit his place and try his food. I’m sure it will be a great experience.

This apparently permanently placed food truck shares the common area with Slow Play. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich, level 2, and fries. I have to concur with other reviews I’ve seen, this has to be the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. The tender patted flat chicken breast filet extended from the fresh bun, taking me 4 bites to even get to the carbs. Topped with a fresh sliced cucumber and dressing along with fresh parsley sprigs. The side order of fries I think was last batch as I caught them right before their 3pm break, they reopen at 4pm. I should have ordered the brussel sprouts. I saw many wonderful Cibi dishes on adjoining tables. Top notch. Can’t wait to return.
