Hi Five to Nia at the Charleston Dorchester location. She was charming—just a breath of fresh air. She was very upbeat and energetic, ready to exceed my customer expectations. She even got me to sign up for the reward program. Not to forget the barista who made my large strawberry and peach smoothie, now this was the icing on the cake. It didn't even last all the way home. Overall, I'm delighted. Thanks for having your best team players take care of one of the best customers in the world. I will be back.

I’ve been to the new Clutch in Mt P 3 times since it opened this week! The cold brew is amazing, and they have a lot of flavor options, many sugar free. They’re still working out the serving logistics, but it’ll get there 😉

Shea and Trinity are AMAZING! They give the best recommendations and they are both so fun to talk to! You won’t find service like this anywhere else and the drinks are a 10/10 (WAY better than Starbucks or Dunkin)

They even deliver to us girls at the rock hill diner when we’re struggling to keep moving! Shout out to Parker, and Catie for always coming through with a smile! 😊

The coffee was absolutely delicious, and honestly well priced for how big their larges are. The cake pops were a little pricey and not the consistency of the Starbucks cake pop I was looking for...albeit, I'd rather support CLUTCH over Starbucks, so it's worth it lol
