SHRINKFLATION HAS HIT COOKOUT! Im so disappointed..Got 2 double burgers today. Hot handed a small bag with 2 burgers..the meat was paper thin..sandwich was smaller than normal..like a kids burger..Never again! Cookout is off my radar!

The young man working drive thru needs some training. Half way through giving my order he just stop responding. About a minute later after I asked are you still there he responded and I continued giving the order. More silence… I asked 3 times are you there and no response. Drove to payment window and he was yapping with co-workers and had no headset on and had messed up part of the order. Seems like a nice kid just needs to learn the proper etiquette in how to work the drive thru.

I came to this establishment and ordered food.. My honey mustard chicken wrap had a bread tie in the wrap .. ( I actually choked on the tie) management was rude and didn't care ....

My corn nuggets became chicken nuggets? The chicken nuggets were good. I didnt understand how the menu worked. I ended up with a wrap and 2 other items. The food was basic but had good texture and flavor. Not a lot of help from staff but I was there after the lunch rush

I’m highly annoyed with my experience. I ordered a chicken strip meal with onion rings and a bacon ranch wrap. The chicken strips were great, but when I bit into my bacon ranch wrap, there was a long hair inside the food. It was extremely disgusting and unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.
Just make sure you check your change. I've been shorted a dollar twice. The Burgers are Great

It’s on me that it was 15 minutes to closing. But, okay….cold fries. They didn’t have corn dogs….yeah okay. But, a large unsweetened tea when I clearly asked for sweet tea. If you didn’t have sweet tea, say so. The only good thing was the burger. Not worth the money I spent.
