Ordered for four people, they forgot the fries and a milkshake we ordered. Had to go back and get, the guy working counter acted like I was lying about missing items. Cheeseburgers cook out style and all the shakes are great. Chicken tenders kids ate were very dry and hard, way overcooked.
Drive thru moved quickly. But the staff seemed to control that will lack of customer communication and service. The tray contained 2 &1/2 onion rings. The inside seemed lively as the dining area was full.
Cookout always has the longest lines but yet it moves fairly quickly. A great variety of shake flavors and quite a variety of food choices at a low cost. I wouldn't say the food is excellent but it's fairly decent for what you pay for
