Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I didnt eat it. I told her we were taking care of it and she stood there a second, then left. The manager confirmed I was charged for 2 child size sides and a drink. The manager apologized but never offered to comp my meal. So we paid our $26 bill and left. Good thing I wasn’t all that hungry since all I got was 1/2 cup of green beans, a scoop of hashbrowns and one glass of Coke Zero. 🤬 And my husbands meal wasn’t pretty sad as well for what it cost. We were told to shop the store for some great sales on the way out! 🤣🤣🤣 Do better Cracker Barrel Old Country Store! I used to love coming here. And I always buy in the store too. But if this is now how customers are treated and the quality of food now, I guess I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money.

The food use to be real good but they never have enough servers. Foods a hit ur miss🤷‍♀️

Everything about them is great specially the way they welcome you and greet you as you walk in and the service is quick and organized. The atmosphere is filled with energy and positivity, and the food quality feels different from any other pancake places. It felt like it was cooked at home.

Party of 6, our dinner orders were all lute warm to out right cold, obviously mico waved. When a few plates were returned for warming the plates came back just as cold. #2 the waitress was not very tentive, no drink refills were offered. Basically, bad managed poor service.

Family came here for lunch to try the Campfire Steak Lunch. Server told us that it wasn't an option on the menu so we all ordered something else. While waiting for our meal I checked online and saw it was an option and placed an online order myself for pickup so I can grab it and try it at home. While waiting for our food the server apparently clocked out and went home so we waited about an hour for food and none came. Eventually we flagged down another staff member who brought us drink refills and the food. The food was mediocre at best and the service was awful. I grabbed my campfire steak meal on the way out to try at home as planned. Cut into my steak and it was bloody and raw (pictured). Terrible experience and will not be eating at this location again they have fallen off hard.
