Well well where do I begin! I ordered food advise rep I had a gift card which never expire. Goes in to pick up my food. Lady at front said oh we can’t take that gift card which never expire! Me ask for manager she comes over there! Tries to help which me knowing they could do something! Instead they said here chat online with a rep! Rep advise will send out a replacement card in 3-5 business days!! So I gotta wait 3-5 days to eat my food smh this was a mess because as a customer I know they could’ve did something right away!! I wouldn’t recommend my pet dog to go here!! Paty lady did nothing to help automatically said we can’t use that kind you I’m standing there she helping others being nice and she can be! Cracker Barrel your customer service is horrible! Managers need to be trained again on situations like this!
Please take y’all money elsewhere!! CRACKER BARREL is not the place to go to!! Also ask for customer service number! They refuse to give it to me saying I’ll have to contact someone via chat!!!

I'm 30 mins past the time it said the order would be ready and I've still not received my order
We used to love coming here. We have been coming here for years. The food is terrible and most of the staff was rude. It was not that busy, and it took over 45 minutes to get our food. We never got our cornbread muffins even though we asked for them three times. We ordered an appetizer and had to ask for the dipping sauce that came with it. It took 20 minutes plus just to get that. Disappointing

I placed my order online for curbside. Food came out on time and was delicious. However, I felt the serving size was less than I get in the restaurant on one of my side items.

I took my Mother Sunday March 16 2025, to this restaurant for lunch. The place was somewhat crowded but I have seen worse. Once we got seated we waited 15 minutes at least at our table. No waitress ever come by to take our order. The waitress come by the table behind us but never even looked our way. This place has always been very slow to get your food and the service has always been mediocre at best. But this time was the worse ever.

My wife and I went there to eat. The restaurant was not busy , It was 3/ 3/ 25 at 3pm. We waited to be seated for about 10 mins ,I saw 2 waitresses standing by talking in the dining area they looked at us and kept talking. Then when I saw Enyla walk by , I asked her if she would seat us. She was pleasant and gracious. Thanks to her we were seated and felt appreciated Your company should commend her for her people skills and warm disposition.

Second visit to two different CBs this month.
Food was not hot either time actually cold
one time. Also a black curly hair was found in my fried apples.
The worst part was management did not seem concerned.
I explained that was not looking for anything except to let them know they had a kitchen issue. My last visit to Cracker Barrels.

Worst meal I have had at Cracker Barrel. I ordered the sirloin tips - could not chew due to toughness and gristle throughout. I expressed to the waitress, I could not eat the dish and she stared at me as if I was from Mars. Finally, my dining partner asked if I wanted to order something else. The waitress again stared at me and asked -"What do you want me to do" with this blank expression as if this had never happened to her before. My plate was returned and I requested to try the meatloaf. Plate arrived back at my table with the meatloaf, same potatoes and same brown gravy that was on the original plate! Could not enjoy my meal due to the mashed potatoes being cold, flavorless and lumpy. Did not need brown gravy with meatloaf. The only portion of the meal I enjoyed were the biscuits and the coleslaw. A return visit will be some time from now - if ever. If I return, I think I will stick with breakfast items since no one can "screw" up eggs and pancakes. Definitely don't get the sirloin tips!
Vegetarian options: Good selections
Parking: Plenty of parking if you go during the week - weekends are busy with families and church goers.
Kid-friendliness: Tolerable -
Wheelchair accessibility: Tricky - since you enter through the store which can be crowded. People seem to lose their hearing when shopping in Cracker Barrel - they stand in the aisles and talk with each other - never hearing the words "Excuse me" when one is attempting to get to the restaurant area.

Mediocre at best! Cracker Barrel used to be a favorite. We loved your biscuits and breakfast items. I also loved their cheeseburger. We went yesterday and the menu has severely changed and is not as good as it used to be. There were three in our party and each of us tried to order something that apparently they had ran out of an item they needed for the dish so we couldn’t get what we wanted. We never received biscuits or cornbread at the table before our food came out like in the past and when we asked the waitress you only got those if you asked for them we were told so we requested them before our meal. We never received them until after our meals were served. The food was just alright, the pancakes weren’t fluffy, the grits weren’t good at all & the salad my husband ordered was not fresh at all. The atmosphere is not the same, the old country store them has been replaced with a modern look & it’s just not as cozy & a feeling of home & comfort anymore. If it ain’t broke then don’t fix it! Change is t always a good thing! We loved the old CB but not so much the new modern CB.

Fish was undercooked.. serving sizes are just awful. The server had a nasty fuzzy coat/sweater on that was hanging in our food as she was bringing it out. Not impressed at all

Came in to sit for breakfast with a guy cutting his fingernails and toenails right there in the restaurant. The merchandise manager and the cashier told me about it before I sat down. I glanced to see it when passing by but knew if I took a good look then breakfast was over for me. I could hear the clippers popping every-time he cut a nail and that was enough for me. That’s downright disgusting and the fact that the staff knew and didn’t put a stop to it or ask the man to leave is also equally disgusting to me. I have spent many thousands of dollars eating there over the years but that ended my families trips to cracker barrell. Better mgmt and staff, with good training is needed there badly. No common sense was had that morning by the man or the CB staff.

It took forever to get the food. The waitress was super, but overall this was not a good visit. Worst one I have ever had at Cracker Barrel.
