Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

There is no restaurant here, and Google makes it next to impossible to actually edit a business. Hopefully someone who sees this review will understand the Dairy Queen closed down. And dont try your luck at the Jackbox next door. Apparently they just dont keep their store stocked.

Went in to DQ on Crown Pointe Lane Rock Hill SC, the young lady at the counter just looked at me never ask me if she could take my order or even hello can I help you NOTHING just stared at me. I finally said you ready for me and she rolled her eyes, she had long braids she kept flipping and 3 inch nails around food!! I like the staff here. I went in today for two Pumpkin Pie ? blizzards and the woman was super friendly. Wish there was a drive thru but it's great otherwise.

Girl taking order got it all wrong ,wound up getting kid meals but didn't have time to get it corrected because had to go to basketball game.After the game came back and they completely recouped our meals so wound up having a nice chicken salad for dinner with a blizzard.

Worst dairy queen I've ever been to. 5 people standing around staring off into space. Cant read apparently cause they damn sure cant make an order correctly. Will not be returning.

Excellent food they were having trouble with the broiler which slowed the waiter down but it was all good will b bck soon!

I wish I could give zero stars twice I’ve been here and twice they say the grill was closed the first time was when the store closed at 9 and I was in there at 730 finally got it straightened out the second time was worse they said the grill is closed (the store closes at 8) I got there at like 7:20 the women at the cash register stated that the grill was closed I squared and said the store doesn’t closed into 8 then she said the grill needs to close 30 minutes before the store does I stated it wasn’t even 730 but still said the grill is closed (also I was ordering chicken tenders which does not required the grill). Having worked fast food in my life at two different places I can tell you that the grill does not close until after the time on the door (say you close at 1am) that grill is still on until 1am

Love this location. It's 2 minutes from my home and not only has great ice cream treats but yummie hot food. Sometimes it is hard to choose!

Very disappointing and confusing. Hours says open until 8. But arriving 20 minutes before closing, we opened the door to employees standing around in the front and then were told they are actually closed with the neon open still on and door unlocked. Two different groups of people just walked out with their orders. Not wasting time here again.
