Dank Burrito

My mom and I stopped by for lunch last week and the staff were so sweet. We had queso, chips, and two bowls. All of the food was delicious and we had enough for leftovers. Highly recommend!!

My family ate here tonight and while the food was very tasty (jerk chicken tacos, tree hugger tacos, pork belly tacos, Cheesesteak burrito, and jerk chicken burrito and some guacamole) it was not a great experience. Our cashier was very nice, but for some reason the food was taking forever. We heard people behind us getting really upset because they had ordered 30 minutes ago and still had no food. I looked around and no one had food. Everyone was waiting. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. We had a toddler with us so, needless to say, that was a big challenge. After we ordered, I think because of the complaints, they started warning people that it was taking half an hour, and then they turned people away so they could catch up. Everything just seemed really disorganized. No one was being proactive. I went and requested our guacamole and some chips so my toddler wouldn't lose her mind, and the cashier was helpful in getting me those pretty quickly, but it kind of wrecked our night and put us way behind schedule getting our niece back home and getting our toddler back home to Columbia, which is an hour drive. Looking at some other reviews after we ate, it seems like it's a staff issue or lack of communication or training. I can't even conceive of how it could take so long to prepare the food and no one really apologized or explained anything. It kind of felt like no one cared.

My wife and I finally decided to try this place since we pass it often and have heard people say it was good. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown.

When we arrived, two young employees came directly from cleaning the bathrooms and never removed their gloves or washed their hands before returning to work behind the counter. I had to confront them about it, and they looked annoyed, as if I shouldn’t have said anything. It was extremely unsanitary. An older employee spoke to them, and they just went back to cleaning the bathrooms.

Despite that, we still ordered food—and it was just as disappointing. The food was terrible. Hopefully things have improved since then and they now have better sanitation practices in place.

I have been traveling to this area for work pretty regularly for the past several months and just happened to stumble upon this place a couple months ago have made it a point to come by at least once every trip the food is great and I really like how the menu is really unique everything I’ve tried has been amazing and the service has been top notch . Shout out to Billy and Trey this time for helping me out. I have the app and they had an offer for a bogo burrito only on the app so I figured I’d get dinner for tonight and lunch for free tomorrow but I was having some trouble cashing that in. I really enjoy their food so I figured I’ll go there and maybe they can help me out but even if they can’t I’ll still get dinner. I went and Billy was able to figure out by scanning my loyalty card in store he could make the offer work so than k you to Billy for figuring that out for me and thank you to Trey for the great dinner and lunch for tomorrow. Wish y’all would come to Alabama

I walked in this week and met the franchise owner preparing fresh ingredients for the day and knew the food would be good! Easy to park in parking deck and certainly worth it. Looking forward to going back.

If you want to be slapped in the face with flavor whilst eating a 5 pound burrito- this is the place. I inhaled the Honey Truffle Chicken Burrito and thoroughly enjoyed its zippy and creamy flavors. Please do yourself a favor and experience a Dank Burrito.
