The food is just not the same. My family and I use to love Delicacy but No more.
I have eaten duck in Atlanta, Delaware, Florida and some I don't remember but Chinese Bistro Delicacy has the best I've ever had. It was moist and very tasty.
I make it a point to eat there every time I am in Rock Hill, SC my hometown.
