Went in to pick up my online order and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait. So, I went out to my car and when I came back in the staff was dealing with a difficult customer. I admired the way they handled this customer with kindness. All while dealing with this difficult customer, the provided amazing service to me! They were all working extremely hard to fulfill orders, while treating people that walked in the door with exceptional service! I will be back!!

Man, don't ever try and make any type of complaint here. The online order system glitched and it took over an hour to get my food. Instead of just apologizing, they decided it would be a good idea to let me know that they don't control the online system, that I need to be more patient ( after waiting an hour on a 20 minute quote) that i don't order enough to matter and my tips suck. But don't worry. I will never order from them again so you don't have to worry about my terrible 30% tips. You won't ever get a dollar from me again.
