I Ordered wings and large pizza the other night and only got half of my wings (and they were cold) pizza didn’t look like a large. Called them they told me I could come back the next day and get the other 8 wings. I wasn’t able to make it so I called them the day after that to see if I could get it remade and they informed me that they made it yesterday and I never came to pick them up and they can not remake it… i thought I had to call to make the order that is what I was told . I will not be going back there every time I’ve been I have had issues.

This location has gone DOWN HILL. App says carry out 9-15 minutes and end up waiting an HOUR for a medium pizza and bread bites. Employees act like they don’t know what they’re doing. Save your money

I hate leaving bad reviews for places but if I could leave zero stars for this Domino's I would. This used to be a good pizza spot for grabbing pizza for the kids, with fast and friendly service. I am not sure what has happened in the last few months that the service has gone so far downhill, but after the past handful of times we have ordered from here and it's just been a terrible experience, it offically deserves a bad review. At least 3 of the last 5 times I have been here, they mark the order ready to pick up and then 10-15 minutes later when you get to the store it's magically "just in the oven" and is going to take another 10-15 minutes. I ordered my pizza at 7:23 tonight and waited for the notification that my order was completed and ready to be picked up, which was about 15 minutes later, per dominoes very own tracker. Imagine my surprised at 7:54, at least 10 minutes since my orders been "finished" and 30 minutes since I've ordered at this point, that my pizza is still in the oven and is going to be at least 10 more minutes. I was even more surprised when the woman who seemed to be in charge changed on the drop of a hat from calling me "love" in her cutesy, patronizing voice to slamming the window closed when I told her to cancel my order. Hopefully whoever is running the ship can get it back in order before it becomes another big name, failing corporate restaurant in Rock Hill.

Do not order from this location. Sat in the drive thru window tonight 10-15 minutes completely unacknowledged. We sat there long enough to watch the employee that was pulling the food from the ovens and slicing/boxing pick his nose and continue on handling food with no gloves and not washing his hands. We finally pull around and walk up to the door to go in and pick up our order, really to request a refund, and are met with a locked door and told to go through the drive thru. Again, do not order from this location.

I have never been disappointed with Domino's on Celanese Rd. I have my meal delivered each time. Today, I was pleasantly surprised that my meal was here so quickly. It is always delivered within a timely manner, but today was at lightening speed! Nathan cooked my sandwich and wings to perfection. The bread was toasted and soft at the same time. The wings were so good! Garren delivered with a smile. Garren was very personable, friendly, and polite. It was a very pleasant experience, and I will continue to praise the service from the Celanese Road Domino's! Thank you both, and May God Bless You!
Ordered pizza and the delivery was marked as complete even though we never received it. We called the store multiple times and nobody answered. This is really unprofessional and it is stealing money from people. I would rate this place zero stars if I could.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dominos pizza, the pizza was cold, delivered 30min later than expected, and reached out to see if anything could be done and was told I was in the wrong and to basically to kick rocks.
