Rude people there. Mediocre food.
Ordered pizza for the kids since the wife and I had a date night. Pizza was supposed to have arrived 10 minutes ago and it hasn’t even baked. Call the shop, they’re having issues. Not my problem. I ask when it’s going to be sorted out, I get yelled out by some woman and told I’d get a refund and she hangs up. Never ordering again.

Perfect! We actually got delayed getting there to pick up our order but it was still piping hot and fresh! Everyone spoke when we walked in and were very polite.

Dominos App is worthless! Dominos sends out emails with coupons you are supposed to be able to order using their app. On Sunday, I attempted to use one for Large, 2 topping pizzas at $6.99 each. This coupon did not work, so I attempted to use another that was for 2 Large, 2 topping pizzas at $12.99. This coupon seemed to be working, but when I went to pick up my order, found that either the app or store changed the coupon to any Large, 2 topping pizzas for $9.99! Since this was an order for VBS, I was trying to get the best possible deal! The total was $108.89 which was at least $30.00 more than using either of the coupons would have been! I have filed a complaint with Dominos Corporate Office, but haven’t heard anything yet, nor at this point don’t expect to! Word to the wise use another company that is willing to accept the coupons they send out! Dominos has lost me as a customer!!!

I bought two bacon ranch subs. It was barely any meat on the sub. They just tried to make it look like it was by adding more cheese. They charge me $17 and some change . It’s ok because I will never order from this location as long as I live. Piss poor service.

the general manager and the evening manager are horrible people. this restaurant stole money from me. whoever owns this restaurant really needs to check the phone conversations. don't eat here go anywhere else. these people don't care about what they are doing they just want your money. someone put water in my chicken alfredo then they denied it I add spinach to the pasta dish literally only had five pieces of spinach and four to five pieces of chicken only on top when you moved the spinach there was nothing but watery white substance very very thin doesn't take a rocket scientists to figure out someone tried to take the easy way out and stretch out the Alfredo sauce by putting water in it gave me a bowl of noodles water mixed with alfredo sauce four to five pieces of meat five pieces of spinach a bunch of soaked in oil so much that it was coming through the box and got all over my bedspread I hadn't eaten from this Domino's in over a year but obviously the wrong people have been hired. I live right across the street from this Domino's in the Bristol Park neighborhood. I'm a business owner who owns several successful business'. I did not get where I am by disrespecting my customers you will never go far when you do that. I was disrespected by the general manager and by the evening manager when I called the same day to complain about my food. I was met with hostility no remorse or apologies was given except for after me calling back the general manager telling me I've already apologized to you if you call back again I will call the police and police charges on you for harassment. I can't believe how disrespectful someone could be to a person who basically just paid your bills. you guys have three stars and you should have 1. then when you try and make a complaint over the people that are in the store then you just get the runaround so I can see why these bad apples have gotten management positions where they're at because there's no checks and balances. disgusting attitudes but this is not done I will definitely figure something out when it comes to the situation because this all started with me just wanting an apology but because they don't know how to be de-escalators which is part of being a manager this is definitely escalated. I would like to sue them. I'll look into that but in the meantime I will be making reviews all over the Internet about this... the next review is going on The Real Rock Hill Eats. also this general manager invited me to bring him back the food that I didn't eat because I did let him know that it was in my freezer I was so disgusted and just didn't want to eat it I was willing to bring it back up there and he told me well yeah bring it back in a very condescending way like I actually didn't have the food which I do. how can you tell me to bring the food back and we make which I don't want those I don't want people like that making me anything and you shouldn't either. in fact they should go out of business because they don't deserve to serve this community with those kind of attitudes. hang up on me and then say man I've already apologized when you didn't. I can tell just by his reaction this is what they normally do they mess up things and instead of making it right or owning up to it they just say well it wasn't my shift so I can't help you. then the general manager says well you can bring the food back up here. dude if I wanted to bring food back to some place I wouldn't be ordering delivery you can have somebody come over and pick it up and also drop off my refund. the inconvenience is the problem here. I think I will go to small claims and follow lawsuit why not this is worth it.

Had a driver drop food off at wrong address but when I called the store, Anne was very friendly and corrected the mistake. She was very nice and professional. I really appreciated that and it made the mistake and wait better for the way she handled it well? Thank you, Anne!!

I Ordered wings and large pizza the other night and only got half of my wings (and they were cold) pizza didn’t look like a large. Called them they told me I could come back the next day and get the other 8 wings. I wasn’t able to make it so I called them the day after that to see if I could get it remade and they informed me that they made it yesterday and I never came to pick them up and they can not remake it… i thought I had to call to make the order that is what I was told . I will not be going back there every time I’ve been I have had issues.
