Here on a Thursday afternoon and I've been in the drive thru for 20 mins. My order was asked..I started letting them know and then I'm interrupted and told to hang on and 2 mins later asked for my order again. Very unprofessional and unacceptable

I only ever use mobile ordering at this location. 99% of the time my order is ready when I get there, which is great. The problem is half the time my drink isn’t on the mobile ordering shelf, it’s behind it. So now you have to wait for an employee to not only notice you standing there but to also ask you what you’re waiting for.
This morning I waited over five minutes before someone asked me about my order. Turns out it was ready and sitting behind the mobile order shelf (the order board showed my drink was still being prepared). By the time I got it, the drink had noticeably cooled down.
At this point I’d rather drive across town to Clutch coffee where they’re friendly and attentive.

It took three times to get the order right. The young man waiting on us did not speak it loud enough to hear and he couldn’t hear us apparently because we had to place the order a total of three times. I’ve gotten out of the habit of checking my receipt when I pay and if I had, I wouldn’t had to sit down and get back up. We had to order the muffins two different times to get that correct one of them fell apart as we took the paper off.

I visit this Dunkin 3-4 times a week and they are always so quick and my order is always right! Even on some mornings when they are super busy they are always fast and friendly! One of the workers knows me by name and always acknowledges me when I walk in and finishes up my mobile order! Some mornings I will go out of my way to work to go to this Dunkin rather than the one on Springsteen because the service and speed at this Dunkin is so much better!

I ordered 2 drinks from this location, a bagel sandwich, and a donut. The donut was great! Both of the coffee drinks were terrible. The bagel sandwich, even worse than the drinks.

This used to my favorite place to get my morning coffee and breakfast. Idk if the management changed but the staff sure did. Horrible. All around horrible. None of the staff are friendly. Don’t ask for a tasted bagel with cream cheese. You’ll get a half of a half of a bagel with cream cheese. Really sad bc yall used to be top of the line definitely a 5 star place and now I’m giving 3 and that is generous. Maybe if I see a change I’ll update this but. Seriously. Get in if yall. I’m disappointed.

Very disappointed. I was told to try DD matcha tea latte. Well, I ventured from my usual go to and well... underwhelmed is an understatement. As well as disappointed that my large order could've been poured into a small cup. I was in such disbelief I took a picture and asked the cashier did she spill my $6 order!

Only order drinks there do cannot speak to the food. Drinks are great and the atmosphere is always between chill and excitement, depending on who's working that day, time.
Parking: Dunkin Donuts parking lot is small but the shopping center they are in offer plenty of parking though
This place is hit or miss. More misses lately. Slow and customer service not great. No hello or thank you. And this is the second time I found hair in my butter. I have contacted restaurant but I never even get a follow up. Try Cherry Road. Much better.

So disappointed after my experience this morning. I went inside to pick up a mobile order to be blatantly ignored by the acne face big booty girl that was standing right in front of me when I initially addressed her. She was beyond rude and I patronize often. She will definitely hear from me again when she’s standing in drive thru next time. The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the pleasant young man usually working drive thru. This location is going downhill fast.

Went through drive theough....i cannot believe that Dunkins has gotten so bad!!!! I ordered 6 bravarran creme. Got home made a cup of tea and thought I was going to get something delicious, instead I got very dissapointed. The donut was gooey and the filling was disgusting!! It was almost clear and had no taste at all, nowhere near Bavarian Creme!It had been awhile since I been to a Dunkin, but never again!! I wouldn't feed that to a pig....when I crave donuts from now on its the other famous donut shop for me, I do not recommend Dunkin Donuts.....
