This used to my favorite place to get my morning coffee and breakfast. Idk if the management changed but the staff sure did. Horrible. All around horrible. None of the staff are friendly. Don’t ask for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. You’ll get a half of a half of a bagel with cream cheese. Really sad bc yall used to be top of the line definitely a 5 star place and now I’m giving 3 and that is generous. Maybe if I see a change I’ll update this but. Seriously. I’m...

I only ever use mobile ordering at this location. 99% of the time my order is ready when I get there, which is great. The problem is half the time my drink isn’t on the mobile ordering shelf, it’s behind it. So now you have to wait for an employee to not only notice you standing there but to also ask you what you’re waiting for.
