Terrible coffee, terrible service. I had my coffee remade four times and each and every time it tasted sour and burnt. The pink haired chick that served us the first two coffees rudely added that nobody else had an issue with the coffee, and thats pretty much all she said to us the whole interaction. The manager was not very kind either and didn’t believe us that the coffee tasted bad. Will not be coming to dunkin donuts again.

Seemed to be a manager (Male) who took my order at 9:30 a.m. this morning and then hung up on me when I politely called to tell him he gave me the wrong donuts. Managers and employees need to be able to admit to making mistakes instead of taking the defensive role and in this case, hanging up on a customer. Maturity goes a long way.

I pulled up to the drive-through and no one answer so I pulled up to the drive-through window and it looked like nobody was working except one person walking around in the back while it was a whole lot of people in the drive-through. I couldn’t wait any longer cause I already wasted eight minutes of my time so I drove off and I tried to call the store, but of course no one answered. I’ve gotten service here. That was really great a couple of times but today was the worst. I probably won’t be coming back. I’ll just drive up the road to Starbucks instead.

You’re so right Dunkin. When I ordered a plain toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese- a burnt plain bagel with plain cream cheese IS what I really wanted! The burnt, ash taste just wouldn’t have paired as well with strawberry. 👌🏻
My favorite Dunkin in York County. Drinks consistently made good. Employees are usually friendly and know what their doing. Store looks clean and big.

Sat in line for 10 mins in the drive thru, get to the order machine, wait another 5 mins for someone to answer me, and then I give them my order, mind you it was 4:30ish pm, and they told me they’re out of food… I don’t think that was true, and that the employees were likely understaffed and were not willing or able to take food orders. I would understand if it was near closing time, but Dunkin doesn’t close until 8pm, and they should be serving food. Corporate should do better about this, I’ve seen so many Dunkin’ Donuts run down in rock hill with little to no employees. The Dunkin on Dave Lyle is even worse, and will often set you back 20-30mins on average for an order, regardless of ordering mobile, drive thru, or going inside the store.

Lexi, and the manager was very helpful. Lexi came from behind the counter.Even though they were busy to help me with my kiosk order her customer service was great.She even brought me my food at the table that I was sitting down, waiting they are doing the best they can with the amount of people that come here on a daily basis. I see them hustling. They are doing a great job. Despite the influx in people I preferred to come to this location just because it is new, clean, and everyone seems happy. That is working there. Thank you lexi you are the best
