They seem to move at snails pace. Even when I place orders online plenty in advance , which means I can’t get shots of espresso. I still end up waiting like ten minutes inside

Placed a mobile order on 7/29/2025. Unfortunately the only item that was correct was the drink and hash browns. Did not receive other items. Tried to call but no one answers and I can't leave a voicemail. I thought placing the order ahead of time would be beneficial but I guess it's not.

I went in for a pickup order and nobody acknowledged me, I stood at the front for approximately 10 mins while staff just walked past me. Finally a young lady I didn’t get her name but she stated she would be with me in a moment I appreciate her for asking how she could help all the while she was doing other things.

This is the only DD that charges for a pup cup. All the other ones I've been to, up and down the coast, just give it to you. I always tip for it but I'm sure not everyone does that. I guess that's good for the franchise owner... To make that extra change from the pup cup. I could see if all someone ordered was a pup cup, but if one is already ordering something else, why not just compliment without charging. Makes you want to go back.

Every time I come here it doesn’t matter if the line is empty they will take 20 minutes to make a single coffee. Service is horrible and half the time my coffee is never made right or they stuff it completely full with ice so there’s hardly any coffee even in my drink. I only come here for convenience, but I also go to the location on Dave Lyle and they always have my coffee ready fast and it’s always made right.
Horrible food, charged me extra .25 for whip cream...did not get and hot chocolate taste like water, snaking bacon , no words...very disappointed

I ordered the wrong drink and the lady was super nice and corrected MY mistake! Super nice. She didn’t have to do that. Will definitely return to this location
