Every time I come here it doesn’t matter if the line is empty they will take 20 minutes to make a single coffee. Service is horrible and half the time my coffee is never made right or they stuff it completely full with ice so there’s hardly any coffee even in my drink. I only come here for convenience, but I also go to the location on Dave Lyle and they always have my coffee ready fast and it’s always made right.

I come to this location a lot, and the service is horrible. Why should anyone have to consistently wait more than 10 minutes in the drive thru for a large iced coffee. If y’all could fix the service that would make this store way better.

I go to this location because it's close to my school and they usually offer more than the one by my house. As others have mentioned, the service is AWFUL. There's hardly ever anyone here when I come, and there will be more than enough workers to get things done, yet they stand in the back talking instead of doing their job. I don't have a problem with socializing with your coworkers, but I know it's possible to work AND talk at the same time! I always have to wait way too long for anything I order because the staff ignores the customers almost entirely.
Very clean place, friendly staffs. And rest room is very clean.

This is the second time I went to this store and was told at 7:00 pm they had no decaf and wouldn’t make more. THE STORE CLOSES AT 8:00 pm. Isn’t this a coffee place? Now they lost our business for good! Rude workers in this store too.
