how you gonna claim to sell ice cream and have no ice cream??? having a working freezer seems monumentally fundamental to being in the ice cream business. like, that is a foundational requirement. just quit even faking like you sell ice cream at this point. the customer service is wack and so is closing earlier than your sign says.

addendum: I also submit this for the lady in front of me. not sure what happened for her order but she was not happy when she left. I hear ya lady.

The slowest dunkin. I do not blame the employees because it seems there is never more than 2 people in there when it is in a busy location. I waited for 20 minutes for my order before having to leave the line because there was still 2 cars in the line in front of me. I tried to call to let them know to not waste their time making my order and their phone goes straight to voicemail. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location but this is the first time that I did not have 30 minutes to wait for a coffee and donut.

Waited 27 mins this morning in the drive thru for 2 dozen donuts for a work event. 2 ladies working. (Yes working hard) but I’m sorry this is unacceptable.. then get my coffee and it’s wrong.. and now late to work. Why is this a standard this company continues to let happen? I won’t be coming back…..

This location is a mess. I’m in drive thru currently. No idea what’s taking so long. This happens often. I’ve been sitting here over 10 mins. One time they forgot to put espresso in my dunkalatte and gave me a cup of iced milk.

1st cup was syrup, 2nd cup was barely half full, returned that cup for a refund and the staff was just blah instead of correcting the issue

My milkshake was basically just chocolate milk. It was either over blended or had too much milk in it. They also had very limited ice cream flavors to choose from. But it was very good chocolate milk.

My food here today was miserable and disgusting. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. My food was old and room temperature tasting like they made it yesterday, my smoothie was discolored with black and brown spots in it and my coffee was HALF full and also room temperature this has got to be some sort of food poisoning risk or something. The service was awful as well missing a part of our order and then attempting to charge us for it even though we already paid for it. I couldn’t even describe how upset I am about this. This place costed me 25 dollars and I couldn’t eat ANYTHING, how utterly disappointing.

The drive thru always takes so long and today they asked me to pull into a parking spot to wait for two iced coffees and they never came out. I had to go in to get them and was told the girl said I had pulled off. I was super mad and no one offered an apology. 30 mins for two iced coffees. They need a serious change with drive thru

I’m a frequent flyer here because it’s my closest location, but the service is slower than any other Dunkin I’ve been too. In fact, other Dunkin’s in the area have told me straight up this is the worst one. It will often take over 20 minutes to go through the drive thru when I’ve put in a mobile order with only 2 people in front of me. The speaker at the drive thru is also so quiet I have to lean in closer to hear. I will say though when Rachel is working, things are more efficient and I get the correct food quickly. Thanks, Rachel!
However, over the past three years though I’ve noticed a steady decline in service here.
My most recent visit I was in the drive thru for a while then decided to just go inside to find the door locked and a man shake his head at me. I had already paid for and put in a mobile order for the drive thru so I said ok, I’ll just go back in line after having waited 15 minutes already. When I got to the speaker, there was silence for a few minutes (it’s not too unusual for it to take a while) but after enough time I pulled up to the window to see no one inside. When I went to the front of the store I’d discovered they closed early because an employee/manager? quit in the middle of the shift and walked out. Luckily Rachel was still there and went in and got my food I had already ordered for me.

The Baskin Robins side was the worst I've ever seen. The girl had earbuds in and totally ignored us. We waited 15 min before we finally approached the girl to find out we could use the kiosk. I do not recommend this place. We'll never go back again.
