I always come at 9 AM if they make Wait for a long time and they always mess up the order in the even got a bad customer service

They got bad service I called just today about me having a job interview because some lady in the front of the store told me yesterday the manager wasn’t in today and told me to come up tomorrow aka (today) then when I called and ask to speak with her a lady on the phone hang up on me so I called a second time the same lady pick up and I ask can she hear me she said yes and I ask her can I speak to the manager and I heard the lady on the say ( this lady want to speak with you on the phone ) then the lady mute the phone I waited for a bit and they hang up bad services don’t ever work out here.

I love a good dunkin' donuts. They have a variety of menu choices now and not just donuts. They have delicious unsweet tea and some great little egg white bites. They also have Baskin-Robbins at this location so on this particular occasion I got a mint chip ice cream cone which was heavenly. My family loves their coffee as well. Dunkin' donuts coffee is always under our Christmas tree. Dunkin donuts will always have me as a customer. They got our order promptly at this Rock Hill location and we were in and out of the drive-thru in no time and the staff was friendly!

Everything seemed to be ok when we first got there, the line was moving pretty slow but other than that not bad. Our experience really went down hill when my brother came back from the bathroom, and pointed out all of the cockroaches (some dead, some alive) on the floor. When we were up to order, the lady taking our order was extremely rude. In the MIDDLE of taking our order, she walked away from the computer and started making drinks. (mind you there were two others working) It took about 20 minutes for us to receive our donuts, which all she had to do was reach into the bin and put them in a bag, and it was definitely not that crowded. Finally when I got my cold brew, the cup was filled with ice and there was barely any coffee actually in there. We were coming back from the beach, but if I was local I would not go back to that location.

This was the most disgusting dunkin I have ever been too. Let's start with the most disturbing thing. A dead cockroach. I am sick to my stomach after seeing that. The girl at the counter was soooo slow. If I hadn't paid before I saw the cockroach...I would have left immediately. Unfortunately I was already $44 in and gaging at the filth in this place. I would give it no stars if I could.

This location is terrible. They don’t even speak when you come through the door. Make sure to have a card to order your food on the kiosk. Because they won’t take on your order inside if not from the kiosk. I didn’t even see anybody until after I ordered. She still didn’t speak. It’s just sad. I’m so tired of spending my money places that seem to no want my service .

Say online 2 cars in front of me for 20 mini for a coffee. Dropped daughter at target for Starbucks. She ordered got her coffee and walked to Dunkin and still waited with me!

Absolutely filthy inside. While checking out the girl said “I don’t know how to ring up the Strawberry smoothie”. I didn’t realize she was telling me she wasn’t going to ring it up. I assumed that she figured it out, because she told me my total. I thought I paid for everyone’s drinks and waited around for the strawberry smoothie. Looked at the receipt and realized it wasn’t on there. I just gave my son my drink and left.
If there's a few people in front of you, get ready to spend at least 40 minutes in the drive thru. I can probably go across the street to Olive Garden and have a five course meal faster than Dunkin would have my coffee ready. The donuts are ok i guess.

If you want fast service and good coffee, this is not the place. Sat in drive thru line about 30 min on a Saturday morning at 7am. I saw at least 4 workers in there once I arrived at the window. Once I made it there, my iced coffee wasn’t ready. There was a question of what I ordered. I let her know 1 iced coffee. I paid and got my coffee and discovered on my way home that it was horrible. I ended up pouring it all out and that’s about $6 and 30 min I’ll never get back but I won’t be back. I would say try another location but my confidence in this place as a company is obsolete.
