Empire Pizza was by the worst experience I had in Rock hill ! The location by the sports plex is raciest the bar tender hounded me over a tip that was suppose to go to another bartender and some customer piggy back off the employee and tried kicking me out the establishment because I left a 5 dollar tip to a person that didn’t even serve me ! Don’t go to this location

I work just around the corner from Empire in Rock Hill so I order take out for lunch quite often. The food is always good and the staff always friendly. Millie even calls me by my first name now.

This is one of the times and more is not better. There was so much mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese in my calzone that it slid out when I cut it open. Wow, the toppings were minimal. I love This place, but today they disappointed

Our server Traci was friendly, fun and professional. Her and the kitchen staff had our food out fast and fresh. Recommend asking for her as your waitress if you visit this location or Newport

I won't go on Fridays. Had a terrible experience, once from an online order (salad with chicken) no dressing, dinned in and they forgot about me, then handed me a salad where they just dumped blackened season on the chicken after it was cooked. Had to wait forever to get served... just a bad experience in general.

1405 Riverchase Blvd, Rock Hill SC is the location that I visited. Pizza was good, server (Tracy) was awesome and prices were fair. All of my visits to this location have been great.

Extremely disappointed tonight for the first time at Empire once lanes bypass. I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni extra cheese and a Dr Pepper so I got the drink and waited and waited and the buddy of mine came and sat beside me he ordered he got his food the girl that was with him got a little like a large pizza with everything on it all meanwhile I'm still sitting here waiting on a small pizza with three toppings on it they finished and left and I still didn't have my pizza so the bartender waitressing off she was great. But it's obvious that my order didn't go through or somebody overlooked my order and I'm extremely disappointed I'm leaving there hungry and very pissed off so I walked out there was no accountability for it no apologies no nothing service got to get better this is ridiculous

My go- to rock hill pizza place. It gets packed sometimes, but the food is worth it. Big pizzas are BIG though.
