Don't recommend ordering over the phone; they've replaced people with a bot/AI that doesn't get the order right. I had to correct it about 4 times before I gave up and went in person. Staff are polite but it takes a while to get the food, even when it's slow. Expect ~10-15 minutes for your food.
Tastes fine, store is clean, just wish they'd either get rid of the phone bot taking orders or improve it before putting it out for public use.

Staff here is amazing. Super friendly and fast service. The French dip is so good! The atmosphere is always friendly and fun. Love going into a location where the staff is always laughing and talking with the guests. Keep up the great work!

I usually go with the pizza meatball sub which is always good but I decided to go with the new French dip sandwich that they have. It was good but I would definitely recommend going with the meatball sub instead lol

Managers need to evaluate who they have working together. Sandwich shouldn’t take 20 minutes after the workers were bitching about all the tickets. It’s 2 tickets do your job and stop cackling in the back while people are waiting

10-29-24 11:15. Best Italian sub I’ve eaten at a Firehouse !!! Staff were awesome!!! The gentleman that made my sub knocked it out of the park!!!

Never in my life have I been THIS INCREDIBLY insulted before. The amount of employees rolling their eyes in our faces as we made SIMPLE ORDERS was absurd. I was so insulted by the lack of lettuce and tomatoes in my order that I had to BANG on the doors to get my toppings and they still didn’t give me my tornadoes. The guy looked at me like I was a booger and didn’t say anything. FIVE SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. ONE KIDS MEAL. THREE WERE MISSING. AND NO RICE KRISPY TREAT. It was LEAKING mayonayse. Mayo go EVERYWHERE it even ran down my arm and I had to change my shirt. I took one bite of my pickle and my stomach TURNED… I had to take a circle pill. Ahem… overall I will never EVER EVER grace this establishment with my presence for the rest of eternity.
