We had to be some of the first customers of the day and the place was not very appealing. Food on our vacant table, food on the floor, and old encrusted food in the seat crevices. Not appetizing at all. We love Firehouse subs but this place was the dirtiest I've seen of all their shops.

I went in order food to go. Asked the cooks what the sauce tasted like and he said BBQ-ish then a couple mins later presented me with a meatball with the sauce on it!! Talk about service, and going the extra-mile!

Food was as ordered and delicious. My pickle was a little small but I did get a full meatball for free so I cannot complain. Love Firehouse subs, especially this location!

Don't recommend ordering over the phone; they've replaced people with a bot/AI that doesn't get the order right. I had to correct it about 4 times before I gave up and went in person. Staff are polite but it takes a while to get the food, even when it's slow. Expect ~10-15 minutes for your food.
Tastes fine, store is clean, just wish they'd either get rid of the phone bot taking orders or improve it before putting it out for public use.
