Firehouse Subs Celanese Road

I went to this location to purchase the new french dip sub i saw on an ad. Came in and was extremely polite when the lady who took our order was rude and had a disgusting attitude. Already she was rushing us through the order, mind you there was no one else there. She told me they "did not have the french dip". I was not going to cause a scene so i ordered something else. The french dip was not for me but for my Father, so when i told him they said they didnt have it he was far from happy. He told me to call the location to make sure they didnt have it, so i did. When i called, the same lady who took our order answered. I asked if they had the french dip, WHICH THEY DID IN FACT HAVE. The workers were so lazy and rude, laughing and gossiping that they didnt even clean the knife to cut my turkey sandwhich. Which i know they didnt because there was marinara from a previous sandwhich on mine. The worker with the short blue hair and the worker with curly brownish red hakr were truly terrible and i will not be coming here again.

the three workers that were on shift were cussing while they were having a conversation about a person named matthew, saying how he has a drinking problem and calling him weird and cussing a bunch. Do not appreciate the language when i had children around me

Has a adults the workers shouldn't have to be told to change gloves after ringing ppl up also they shouldnt be having full blown conversations over customers food. It's unsanitary and disgusting. Train employees properly for the safety of your customers. Imagine someone spitting in your food bc they can't be quite a few minutes, to do the task at hand

I'm usually very found of firehouse subs, but unfortunately for some reason they charged my card, then after walking to the drink fountain and back to the chips, they told me it timed out. Asking me to do the transaction again, which I did.
I feel like I've been charged twice, but of course I won't know for a day or two for the transaction to process.
This is a great way to loose your appetite!

Please note it doesn't actually open until 10. Google maps and firehouse website both say 9. Even told me my order would be ready 915. Came to store and it didn't open until 10.

The customer service at this place is outstanding. Every time I visit, I'm warmly welcomed with a smile. Victoria consistently delivers fast service and is more than happy to customize my sub to my liking. Today, she even remembered my name and the sub I ordered three months ago, despite me being there only four times. Victoria's exceptional service is the reason I exclusively choose this Firehouse sub location when I'm in town. She truly deserves a raise.

Came here on a Tuesday night and when I arrived the workers told me my food was just stolen. They were so kind and helpful. These workers made my night with their courtesy. We need more people like them!
