Firehouse Subs Celanese Road

I love firehouse subs, I've been to this location a few times and it was great. But, today..it sucked. I always get the smokehouse Brisket and cheddar. There was barely any meat on it, I had to ask for more BBQ sauce. 2 stars is for the drink and pickle. So disappointed, what a waste of money ! Wish I would've taken a pic

I usually go to firehouse subs in fort mill SC and it is beyond great! but I got a turkey bacon ranch sub tonight around 8pm at this rock hill location and was very disappointed there was no ranch on my sub when there was supposed to be and then he put mustard on my sandwich when that sandwich doesn't even come with mustard on it I asked for extra black olives and chopped pickle which I did not receive and I asked for it to be run threw the toaster twice how I usually get it in fort mill and they had my bread burnt on the edges! Very disappointed.

Best sandwich shop, in my opinion. Always good service and cool atmosphere, which keeps me coming back for me.

Service was slow, and we were their only customers. The workers apologized for being slow but still talked constantly with each other and didn't seem to be concentrating on what they were doing.
We will likely not be returning to this store.

Clearly they do not care about their customers. Stopped to pick up lunch. 3 workers were preparing a large order. Person in front of me had not even been acknowledged or ordered. I get that they had a large order to fill but to ignore everyone else is ridiculous. I left and have no plans to return. ( I usually stop weekly). SAD!!

The sandwich I ordered had next to no meat. And then had half a bottle of mayo. It was gross. Bread was soggy. And the little girls behind the counter gossiping the whole time topped it off. Not a good location.
