This rockhill location, because of Rebecca the store manager went far beyond expectations she is doing a great job.the food is better than I hoped it would be.the manager here is doing an amazing job keeping customers satisfied.this location is recommended from me guys and gals and anyone else!.

Second time trying Five Guys (different location). Although the food is fresh, their was nothing special about their very bland overpriced burgers. Even with all the toppings it is not worth the price. A really good burger needs no toppings at all.

Food allergy approved! The only restaurant in York County that I can always eat at and never get cross contamination from food allergies. The staff takes my food allergies seriously, they are friendly and the food is consistently delicious. So thankful for Five Guys on Herlong.

I’ve been a loyal Five Guys customer for over 11 years and have always enjoyed their food and great service. The customer service during this visit was good. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t up to their usual standards. Our fries were served cold, and while they replaced them, we had to wait, which caused our burgers to get cold in the meantime. This has never happened before, so I’m hoping it was just an off day.

I literally went at night to get some five guys and I asked for cajun seasoned fries and man they put the freaking bottle of seasoning on these fries. I couldn’t even taste the fries all I tasted was the Cajun they might as well have given me the empty bottle of seasoning in the bag to like oml ruined my night not gonna lie not to bash anyone or be disrespectful but seriously man seriously.😐
