The service was great. The guy who took our order was very friendly. I told him that it was my first time getting the Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich. He assured me that it was good and that the grilled one was just as good. He even pointed out his favorite on the menu (#3). It's great that he's knowledgeable about the menu. After our meal my husband and I ordered the Salted Caramel Concrete. It took a while to make but we understood since the restaurant was busy. The Salted Caramel Concrete was very good, please keep it on the menu.My only complaint was the paper towel dispenser in the women's bathroom wasn't working.

Went through the drive thru tonight for a quick, late dinner as I was traveling. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. I was expecting a decent burger but I got a horrible grease patty that tasted like I was eating straight salt instead. The fries also tasted like I was eating salt and grease sticks. The food wasn’t edible. I ended up throwing everything away. The only thing I thought that was actually yummy was the ice cream I got. But again that was a big mistake. It ended up giving me a massive stomach ache like the ice cream machine hadn’t be cleaned. Please be cautious eating at this location. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Management, please do better at this location. I spent $15 for a non edible meal and to in pain all night long.

I get that it’s fast food so my expectations are NOT high but this place was lacking the bare minimum even. Out of all places, Freddy’s is a dependable place to get a burger quickly but this location was very very dirty. All the trash cans were full and cups and napkins were overflowing onto the floor. Every table and booth was dirty, even the seats, and the bathroom stunk. Ya’ll need a manager in here and if there is already one that was working during those hours, then you need a new one. Staff was friendly but they are not keeping up with the cleanliness of the dining room. Not a very appetizing experience. Food was good but just being honest & leaving some constructive criticism. Plenty of room for improvement.. probably won’t be coming back.

We go to this Freddy's every two weeks when we are in the area & truly look forward to their delicious food. But yesterday was different....the food was still very good, the business looked pretty clean, but the employees were an absolute filthy mess! I'm realizing that not everyone has a washer and dryer at home and can't wash whenever they need to. Every employee should be given TWO tshirts-one to wear and one to wash. I cannot go back there again as I'm grossed out all over again just thinking about those filthy people! I actually asked to speak to the manager and complemented her on the cleanliness of her restaurant, but called her attention to her employees filthy clothes. She was cordial and took the information with grace. I guess I owe her the benefit of the doubt and return in two weeks to see if things are any better, though I don't want to ever go back! Stay tuned for an update!
