First time ordering here and I am very disappointed. I received no cutlery to eat my salad with. I ordered Italian dressing and it is nothing but oil with a little bit of pepper in the bottom. I am not sure how they expect people to eat without silverware (common sense people) not everyone is at home. And please, if all you can afford is one small package of crackers with your salad you should probably leave them off as you look cheap. What possibly is 1 package of crackers going to do for anybody??? So sad. I had great expectations for this place.

The food has always been fresh and delicious when I go there( I only order my wife's salad). Haven't had bad service. The salted caramel brownies are definitely one point for those of us with a sweet tooth.
